Special Containment Procedures:
Any access to RSCP-070 must be approved by staff with level 2 security clearance or higher. Any and all items dispensed by RSCP-070 must be recorded, along with the amount of money entered and the amount of time elapsed between uses. Currently, RSCP-070 may be used only ten times in a twenty-four-hour period, with no transaction exceeding the equivalent of 50 ROBUX. Testing approved by Site Command is not under these restrictions.
Items dispensed by RSCP-070 should be reviewed by Site Health and Safety officials before further interaction. Failure to do so releases the RSCP Foundation from any obligation regarding negative effects. Items deemed dangerous or useful to research will be confiscated by site security, with financial compensation provided in proportion to money spent.
Description:
RSCP-070 appears to be a vending machine with a front glass panel, and three buttons on the left side. RSCP-070 was recovered in Stixxal's house in Brookhaven, Kionne, Robloxia. RSCP-070 was brought to the RSCP Foundation’s attention after investigation of an “urban legend” about a “magic vending machine” that was circulating on the Roternet. RSCP-070 was found in Stixxal's house, near a back alley behind a large shopping center, with a sign with the logo of the Bloxy Cola Bottling Company spray painted to it. RSCP-070 has no marks or identification of any kind, and no locals remember when or how it came to be in its current location.
Internally, RSCP-070 appears to be a basic vending machine equipped to vend a beverage item known as Bloxy Cola outside of the RSCP Foundation. After a key was made and the front door opened, no abnormal materials were found, and it was determined that RSCP-070 has never actually contained any Bloxy Cola. The buttons, while connected and operating correctly, does not activate any of the dispensing mechanisms.
When 50 ROBUX is placed into RSCP-070 and a sequence of three button presses are entered on the keypad within an unknown time interval, RSCP-070 will vend an item. RSCP-070 has not accepted any currency other than ROBUX, with rejected currency being kept in RSCP-070's bank until it is emptied. It is unknown how these items appear. RSCP-070 is known to operate even when the door is open, or when recording devices are placed inside. The only way to make RSCP-070 not operate is to disable its "script" or empty the receipt printer's receipt paper tray, both of which are considered "small mistakes" and would run the risk of a failed sale. The sequence of three buttons presses has a direct correlation on the item vended, as a pattern has been detected. However, the items dispensed by RSCP-070 appear to have no common, shared, or mutual form.
RSCP-070 is capable of operating with no external power supply, and operation in this state will cause vending to occur much more quickly than normal. If RSCP-070 is used more than ten times in twenty hours and/or more than 50 ROBUX are entered before an item is vended, RSCP-070 will start to dispense more than one item.
Log of items vended during Testing Phase 8:
50 ROBUX entered for each item, items being dispensed every 2.4 hours. RSCP-070 is attached to power.
“Flashlight” – A flashlight. If activated at an occupied bathroom, a Robloxian in the occupied bathroom will push the activator back to bed before returning to the occupied bathroom. Otherwise, it has no anomalous effects.
“Chips” – A bag of chips. If consumed outside of a house's bathroom or bedroom, a nearby Robloxian will get mad at the activator for eating them loudly.
“Toothpaste” – A cylindrical container of toothpaste labeled in English "Colgate". It has no anomalous effects beyond that consumption of any amount of toothpaste from the cylindrical container will result in instantaneous death.
“Shoplifting” – A can of Bloxy Cola. If consumed, a mirage of a cashier will appear in front of the Robloxian. The world of Roblox suddenly turns into shades of red and creepy music can be heard in every nook and cranny of the planet's surface. The Robloxian is then mocked for trying to steal Bloxy Cola without the cashier noticing. The mirage of the cashier then attempts to kill the Robloxian. If the kill of the Robloxian is successful, the anomalous effects neutralize.
“Orange” – An ordinary orange. If consumed, the Robloxian is immobilized and the orange will start to talk and sing. Any surrounding lights to the Robloxian will start to change colors as if it were a party. The only known way to stop the anomalous effects is to hit the orange with a knife.
“Freezer” – A freezer with only one known door. If entered via the door, the Robloxian will be stuck inside as the known door suddenly makes way to a destructible wall. The only known way to stop the anomalous effects is to hit the destructible wall with a implement or weapon of mass destruction, which would cause the freezer to open.
“Breakfast” – Two plates which only accept a glass of orange juice on one plate and a cooked egg on another. Rejected foods instantaneously teleport to any nearby plates upon contact with the plates. After placing the correct foods, the anomalous effects stop. The glass of orange juice and cooked egg can then be consumed without any further anomalous effects.
“House Fire” – A stove. When any item is placed on the stove, the stove will ding after a short time. After the ding, an inextinguishable fire will start spreading on the stove and spread to any solid it comes to contact with, even if the solid is not intended to be utilized as a combustible in the first place. The fire's anomalous effects stop when the fire starts to kill the Robloxian. After killing the Robloxian, the fire can be put out without any further anomalous effects. It will also stop spreading to any solid it comes to contact with, save for solids intended to be utilized as combustibles.
“Flooded” – A manhole with a beacon and a Robloxian on the bottom. When interacted, the Robloxian will request ten cans of Bloxy Cola. Should the Robloxian's request be fulfilled, the beacon will start to emit a blue light. Any Robloxian who sees the blue light will have a bad feeling and will report that the moon has being eclipsed by a large can of Bloxy Cola, if done at night. The next night after this anomalous effect occurs, the atmosphere, instead of fading to black, will start to fade to orange. A global meteorological anomaly starts when it starts to rain Bloxy Cola around the world. It might cause localized flash flooding in some areas, but overall, eventually, it will produce globalized flooding. A custom series of Robloxian Emergency Alert Service warnings can be heard all around Robloxia, stating that a "Bloxy Flood" is occurring and advises all Robloxians in flood prone areas (the second warning just says areas) to move immediately to high ground (the second warning advises them to move immediately to a nearby freezer.). A mirage of the cashier then appears if they adhere to the warnings, stating that the Robloxian could be responsible for this flash flood. After the cashier stops talking, the floodwaters subside and the entire global meteorological anomaly is neutralized. A risky way to neutralize the entire global meteorological anomaly is to wait until the global meteorological anomaly dissipates, which can take up to [placeholder] years.
“Insomnia” – A can of Bloxy Cola. However, the Bloxy Cola is protected from Robloxian consumption until 2 hours and 25 minutes after it is dispensed.
“Ultra Death” – A can of orange juice. However, when consumed, the Robloxian will taste hints of toothpaste embedded into the orange juice. If fully consumed, the Robloxian will begin to witness pain and will eventually die.
“Bro Eht” – A portal made out of localized Robloxian obsidian. Once entered, the Robloxian will be sent to Bro Eht, a planet like Roblox, but where only light switches, fridge doors, and stove dials are operational. Cashiers in this planet will have anomalous activity, such as their body parts disappearing at random. A portal would also be created in Bro Eht that would take them back to Roblox.
“The Orb” – A orb made out of an unknown material that spins and makes strange noises. Once held in the Bro Eht planet, it can be used to suppress anomalous activity. It would not make any noise, nor spin. However, if held in any store in the planet of Bro Eht, it will result the Robloxian teleporting outside of the store. Placing the orb in any trash can will result in the Robloxian holding it teleporting outside of the trash can's city limits while a voice can be heard: "You are nil.".
After this, the planet will start to misplace objects in homes and adjust the tilt of itself while destroying any portals back to Roblox. All greenery in the planet is turned to a blue-violet color. Crevices will start to open up on the planet's crust. The crevices are anomalous in that it would teleport the Robloxian rather than make the Robloxian enter the state of free fall. Store cashiers in the planet will tell the Robloxian that the void is colliding with Bro Eht, and The Orb may have exacerbated the collision. The Robloxian is then extolled as a store cashier. If the Robloxian finds a way to stop the collision and implements it successfully, they will be sent back to Roblox and the void would recede away from Bro Eht until the next time a Robloxian throws the orb in a trash can.
