Attached to the walls, ceiling, and floor of the room are high-intensity arc lamp spotlights pointed directly at the acrylic cage, to ensure that RSCP-064 is constantly exposed to light from every angle. Personnel assigned to the RSCP-064 control room are to monitor the functionality of the spotlights and the emergency generator system and call for maintenance immediately upon knowledge of a burnt-out lamp or an issue with the generator. The concrete room has dimensions measuring 1050 centimeters (37.5 studs) by 1050 centimeters (37.5 studs) by 700 centimeters (25 studs).

Description
RSCP-064 is a Robloxian figure approximately 140 centimeters (5 studs) in height, anatomically similar to a small Robloxian child, but with no discernible identifying features. RSCP-064 seems to be composed of a shadowy, institutional white, smoke-like shroud. No attempt to find any object beneath the shroud has been successful, but the possibility has not been ruled out.
RSCP-064's reaction to shadows cast upon it is immediate and swift. If a shadow is cast upon RSCP-064, RSCP-064 would take the nearest city in Robloxia that is in Western North Bloxmerica or Neo-Japan and teleport it to another location in Western North Bloxmerica or Neo-Japan, usually causing two earthquakes: one in the affected city and one in the new location. Experts say the earthquakes resulted from this has always been reported to be a megathrust earthquake, and its magnitude is calculated to be the base ten logarithm of the number of seconds RSCP-064 is exposed to a functional spotlight, rounded to the nearest tenth.
