Special Containment Procedures Special Containment Protocols
Copies of RSCP-063 are to be kept in an electromagnetically sealed container in the Site-██ storage vault, where it is to be fitted with radio receivers set to scan all frequencies for incoming or outgoing transmissions. A log of previously used frequencies is to be kept on file. Any transmission from copies of RSCP-063 is to be reported immediately to Site-██ command. All efforts are to be made to capture as many RSCP-063 as possible.
Description
RSCP-063 are NSIM cards acquired between ██/██/████ ██:██ ██ UTC and ██/██/████ ██:██ ██ UTC from RoPhone 5Ses. RSCP-063 is marked by small stamps, readable only by electron microscope, that read “███████,” However, no records exist of an institution named “███████”. Moreover, the abilities of RSCP-063 are but not limited to:
- Giving Robloxians a 100% discount on WiFi
- Improving cellular reception
- Causing Robloxians to attack other Robloxians (only if activated)
RSCP-063 has no apparent potential processing abilities instructions, nor storage capabilities. RSCP-063, if activated, is capable of interfacing with and controlling the motor functions of Robloxians and they will usually allow the Robloxians instincts to carry out affairs such as fighting, starting fires, or committing suicide.
RSCP-063 has only primarily been noted to take over its host for no purpose if activated. The mechanism by which this takes place is unknown, but the behavior associated is well-documented. A host Robloxian will approach another Robloxian and immobilize it by the most expedient means available to it, such as fighting, approach another building and commit arson by the most expedient means available, or will commit suicide, once again, by the most expedient means available (the latter behavior has been noted for occurring in solitary individuals only). Robloxians may bite other Robloxians somewhere on the head, making blood contact between the Robloxians, but this behavior has been called "fallback", as this only occurs if a Robloxian is still mobilized after ten minutes of fighting.
The total population of RSCP-063 may be in the millions (update: tens of millions).
RSCP-063-1 is a series of mysterious corporate buildings found in Robloxia, presumed to be the campuses of ███████. All sub-instances of RSPC-063-1 are walled with a wall made out of a material that serves as a triple band-pass filter, essentially passing three frequency bands and attenuating two frequency bands within the interval from 0 kilohertz to 20 kilohertz (one frequency band passed frequencies from 0 kilohertz to 0.02 kilohertz, another frequency band was unknown, and yet another frequency band passed frequencies all the way to 20 kilohertz), therefore Robloxians who choose to near the mysterious corporate building could not hear any sound originating from the buildings. Animals and homing pigeons are reported to have abandoned exteriors of the mysterious corporate buildings to a certain radius. Robloxians later found out that some Bloxasians and BloxAfricans, particularly those belonging to villages were kidnapped and sent to the nearest mysterious corporate building, where they were given RoPhone 5Ses. They then saw the billionaire flicking an unknown switch. After seeing the billionaire flicking, Robloxians noticed that the Bloxasians and BloxAfricans had begun a fight, with some of them dead.
RSCP-063-2 is a controller extracted from an RSCP-063 instance. When activated, it makes RSCP-063.
RSCP-063-3 is a sound made by RSCP-063-2. When RSCP Foundation members administered a Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) on the sound, they found out that it was a pure tone of ██ kilohertz and ███ hertz.
Addendum 063-1: Recovery Log
The first copy of RSCP-063 located was discovered by a lower RSCP Foundation scientist at Site-██ on ██/██/████ ██:██ ██ UTC during a typical day. Its unusual presence inside the RoPhone 5S drew the attention of upper RSCP Foundation scientists, who determined it to be one of the NSIM cards mentioned. Analysis of usual energy readings and one unusual energy reading from the NSIM card led to scanning for radio transmissions with a frequency of [REDACTED], leading to the capture of tens of millions of NSIM cards. RSCP-063 had a constant frequency.
Addendum 063-2: Update Log
██/██/████ ██:██ ██ UTC: A major spike in radio activity was recorded on several different frequencies. At this time, all instances of RSCP-063 in captivity started transmitting on all known frequencies for RSCP-063 transmission. R5 Command believes the rest of the chips are communicating on all channels. Without any understanding of the chips' origins or ultimate goal, the R5 Command promotes (essentially reclassifying without prior request) the Object Class from Euclid to Euclid, Possible Keter and anything related to RSCP-063 should be considered top priority.
██/██/████ ██:██ ██ UTC - ██/██/████ ██:██ ██ UTC: On two separate occasions within a week, reports were received of attacks against isolated Robloxians and arsonist attacks against buildings by clusters of Robloxians, as well as mass suicides by Robloxians. All RoPhone 5Ses owned by the Robloxians were captured. Presence of RSCP-063 confirmed during the opening of the NSIM card slots. Reclassification to Keter requested.
██/██/████ ██:██ ██ UTC: Keter reclassification denied by R5 command, citing the occasions were SEPARATE.
██/██/████ ██:██ ██ UTC: Another attack involving RSCP-063 recorded. Seven Robloxians were reported killing an eleven-year-old female Robloxian wearing RoRods and committing arson in her home, with some Robloxians not wearing RoRods were reported committing suicide. Using radio frequency tracking, two RoPhone 5Ses were found; presence of RSCP-063 was confirmed while opening the NSIM card slots. RSCP-063 appeared to be located deeper in the NSIM card slot, making discovery more difficult. Membership into Mobile Task Force Chi-152 doubled the next day after plans for Mobile Task Force mobilization the next day surfaced on the RSCP Foundation web. The website calls for Robloxians who are able to rapidly respond and contain RSCP-063 instances and attacks involving them.
██/██/████ ██:██ ██ UTC: The victims of the previous RSCP-063 attack were brought in by Foundation researchers. All MRI scans reported a small shadow seen in the cerebral cortex. Researchers confirmed that the object was most likely created by RSCP-063, given its consistent shape and location during multiple scans, though definite identification would not be possible while the subject was still alive.
██/██/████ ██:██ ██ UTC: R5 command promotes the Object Class from Euclid, Possible Keter to Keter, citing the previous RSCP-063 attack.
██/██/████ ██:██ ██ UTC: R5 command promotes the Object Class from Keter to Apollyon, citing the first RSCP-063 attack.
██/██/████ ██:██ ██ UTC: R5 command approves the renaming of special containment procedures to special containment protocols.
