Special Containment Procedures:

A thought special containment procedure experiment is presented here. Past special containment procedure experiments have been breached by RSCP-061 shortly after the completion of the special containment procedure experiment.

Completely spoken or typed descriptions or complete imagery of RSCP-061, or videos of the entity "breaching completely" (see Addendum 061-3) found outside the Foundation and published by fearless Robloxians are to be destroyed within 2-5 hours, and class-C amnestics are to be administered to anyone exposed to such information within 2-5 hours. A complete typed description of the entity is to be kept at Site-██ for experimental purposes only and is to be read by fearless Robloxians (Robloxians with a phobia are exempt from the taking of amnestics) as long as they take C-class amnestics 2-5 hours after. Taking amnestics after reading the complete typed description for fearless D-class personnel (D-class personel with a phobia are exempt from the taking of amnestics) is mandatory unless they have the permission from the RSCP Foundation and all governments in Eurobloxia's permission to test RSCP-061. An incomplete typed description of the entity's appearance is to be read by anyone, no post-amnestics required. If a fearless Robloxian is exposed to the completely typed description, staff are to report immediately for administration of class-C amnestics, which must be issued 2-5 hours after. Mobile Containment Force Gamma-6 has been assigned to intercept and redirect any and all water traffic that passes through Eurobloxia and their designated patrol area by any means necessary, as well as specialize in finding an experiment that can specially contain RSCP-061. (see Addendum 061-2).

Description:

RSCP-061 is a 1,900 kilometer (6.79 mega-studs) aquatic monster that jumps out of the Bloxington Ocean any time a Robloxian is given a complete description of the being's appearance through either spoken/typed descriptions or visual depictions of the being. Written descriptions appear to be immune. When a Robloxian is given a full description of the being's appearance, RSCP-061 manifests in the Bloxington Ocean a few hours later by jumping out, spawning a tsunami that is powerful enough to bury the nearest island to RSCP-061 in water, essentially causing it to disappear. In all observed instances, all the islands that were said to be "disappeared under RSCP-061" were said to be currently owned by a country of Eurobloxia. Robloxians that survive the resulting tsunami are considered to be infected and will initially exhibit no abnormal behavior, though some cases they will show a general aversion to activities involving bodily immersion in the Bloxington Ocean such as bathing or swimming. Should subject ever be fully immersed in the Bloxington Ocean, they will disappear completely under the surface of the Bloxington Ocean, regardless of the Bloxington Ocean's actual depth. In most cases, Robloxians will return to the state of partial immersion moments later in a panicked state and frantically try to avoid being immersed in the Bloxington Ocean, while in some other cases the water will become polluted to be the remains of the subject and bodily fluids. Robloxians that have reappeared intact claim that the Bloxington Ocean is a vast ocean where Robloxians are pursued by their biggest fear (or RSCP-061 if they are fearless). Interviews with fearless individuals carries an optional risk of further RSCP-061 activity, as descriptions of RSCP-061 can vary on completion and interview medium used. If a fearless Robloxian who gives an interview that can trigger further activity on RSCP-061 is administered class-C amnestics within 2-5 hours, RSCP-061 will not jump out. RSCP-061 when not preparing to jump out travels at a speed of 1,989 km/h (1.97 kilo-studs per second).

The first Robloxian to survive a tsunami spawned by RSCP-061 is emelard_master, who later luckily wrote it in his map of Bloxington Ocean.

Addendum 061-1:

Testing with infected survivors have shown that wireless communication devices function normally when used by submerged subjects affected by RSCP-061. See Interview 061-██ for details.

Addendum 061-2:

Tracking devices affixed to infected survivors used in RSCP-061 experiments reveal that submerged subjects are transported to an area within the Bloxington Ocean, not far from the coast of ████████. Further investigation of these coordinates revealed the area to be ████ ████████. Mobile Containment Force Delta-6 ("Deep Feeders") has been assigned to keep unauthorized seafaring vessels out of this area and Eurobloxia at all costs should activity on RSCP-061 occur.

This is unethical. Please cease using infected survivors in RSCP-061 experimentation immeditately. ~R5-██

Addendum 061-3:

Tests involving a group of infected survivors, who have been used for repeated RSCP-061 testing without administration of amnestics, have been denied by R5-██.

OK. You can't listen. Alright, I'll make you. I have terminated the group of infected survivors! ~R5-██

Addendum 061-4:

RSCP-061, designated The Leviathan, will no longer be catalogued as RSCP-101 due to a RSCP conflict in our Foundation database. ~R5-██
