ROBLOX Aquarium is an aquarium built in 2014. The aquarium is known to be one of the most famous aquariums in the world. The aquarium has 200 species held inside. ROBLOX Aquarium is also one of the very few aquariums built on water. ROBLOX Aquarium had been bought by bd5265, which is the current owner of the aquarium.
History
In 2014, ROBLOX Aquarium was built partially, with only the second floor available to visit, and some species from the Roblox oceans were held captive in the aquarium. Visitors could see a very few arrange of animals, such as a open dolphin enclosure, and several smaller tanks. In 2015, the aquarium finished construction, and more animals were caught and were put on display, the extension included a cooled narwhal enclosure, a shop dedicated to narwhals, a jellyfish tank with a built in tunnel for viewing, an area dedicated to rockpools and crabs, and two giant tanks dedicated to squids and other cetaceans. Since then, the aquarium had no extensions, and was later criticised by the age and the lack of renovations.
In 2025, ROBLOX Aquarium was finally bought by bd5265, which since then maintained the aquarium and planned renovations to the aquarium.
