RC Tank

RC Tank

The RC Tank is a tank that was sold in the avatar shop by the president on June 8, 2012. It can be purchased for 2,000 Robux. As of August 2, 2019, 6,508 tanks were sold. 6,630 Robloxians call this their favorite tank.

Description:

The RC Tank bears a striking resemblance to a M1 Abrams tank on Earth, with desert camouflage applied on its main body and a black antenna on the rear left side of the tank. Like its name says, it is remote-controlled.

The Robloxian can drop the RC tank, in which the tank's camera will activate. One of the suggestions when operating this tank is the suggestion the Robloxian must stay in the location where they dropped the tank.

This tank has no limit as to where it can travel, although its cannon has a limit as to the initial angle of projection (and hence, range) of its launch. The tank has a remote controller that looks like a keyboard, only with a key that looks like a left mouse button. The Robloxian can use the WASD keys to move the tank and press the left mouse button key to fire the cannon. The Robloxian can fire the cannon at a fast rate. The cannon can kill a normal player in at least four explosive projectiles and create a small explosion.

The tank is as strong as five Robloxians, so it is possible for the tank to be destroyed with a persistent attack. It is also possible that the tank can be destroyed if the Robloxian who dropped the tank is killed.

Fun Facts:

Stravant was the maker and designer of the tank.

The tank was introduced in a testing area owned by the maker and the designer.

Sometimes, the RC tank, if dropped, would move on its own and be very hard to control. The maker and designer took note of this and fixed the RC tank.

The tank shoots what appears to be a gooey banana every 1,000 shots.

Holding down two keys to move the tank instead of one will result in the tank driving faster than its normal speed. The engine also sounds slightly higher pitched when this happens.
