visit the city (note: some things mentioned in the article do not exist in vanilla Plane Crazy and is for roleplay purposes)
Plane Crazy City is a city on the East Coast of Robloxia. The population is 270,229.
The city is currently primarily governed by rickje139, an employee of Innovation Incorporated and was founded by madattak, another employee of Innovation Incorporated . It is a city where Robloxians can build their own crazy vehicles, planes, cars, boats, rockets, drones, or a combination of all of them. Robloxians can either peacefully build or face off with their friends. The city has mild and infrequent violence. The city is home to ten vehicle building sole proprietorships. The city is currently governed by a "triarchy", with madattak, Rolijok, rickje139 as mayors, the last of which is the city's primary mayor.
The city also offers a free service where a Robloxian would come and investigate the Robloxian's created plane and paint two differently colored circles in it. The yellow circle would always be located at the plane's center of mass, and the blue circle would always be located at the plane's center of lift. If the blue circle is too low, the plane would not be able to fly. For perfect flight, the plane should appear to have one green circle painted on it (because the paint in the yellow circles and in the blue circles would overlap and mix, forming the secondary color green). Contrary to many Robloxian's beliefs, it is possible to fly a plane without a green circle.
The city restricts the number of vehicle building sole proprietorships to ten.
The city has ten base plots, each devoted to building vehicles. When the Robloxian moves to the city, they are encouraged, but not mandated, to watch the tutorial on how to get started with building vehicles in the city's movie theater. It also teaches Robloxians how to build a basic plane and gives helpful information.
The city mandates that new vehicles (prior to them being used) be initially used in the base it was made, in the Bloxington Ocean (but only within the city's limits), in Plane Crazy International Airport, or in the city's train/tram tracks. After that, vehicles can freely go anywhere without further constraints imposed on them.
The Robloxian can also download the Plane Crazy app (fictional app, does not exist IRL) on their RoPhone or Droid, which will give them the ability to scan a vehicle that they have built and save it in the app. The app can store up to 35 vehicles or 4,000,000 parts, whichever comes first.
Notable Creations:
The boat Epic Man Lol Dude docks in Plane Crazy City's port. The boat uses spaceship materials.
The flying snake, another one of Epic Man Lol Dude's vehicles built and tested in Plane Crazy City, is demonstrated in Plane Crazy Aerodrome. The demonstration would later prove to be a failure as the flying snake touched down on a grass field within Crazy Plane City. Fortunately, the builder was not injured.
The Cocojet, a white private jet made by cococake896, flies over a field within Crazy Plane City.
What was initially identified by the Plane Crazy International Airport's Air Traffic Control tower as a blue and yellow drone flies. The drone would later turn out to be a ship named Milano from another universe.
A battle truck that can turn into a helicopter (in its helicopter form) hovers over a field near Plane Crazy International Airport. The creator of the battle truck is TheLim8, and she built it in 2016.
wozzyhorse09's fighter jet "F-TK-2 "tian-kuo"" flies at cruising altitude of 3000-3200 studs (2600-2700 feet) and at a cruising speed of 1341 studs per second (1232 feet per second). The plane has a built-in camera that can take a picture of its ambient surroundings, as well as flip in the rare case it lands upside down or sideways. It is powered using a proprietary fuel recycling engine that ensures that a majority of the fuel expended by the plane can be reused again by the plane, thus giving the illusion of "infinite fuel".
wozzyhorse09's fighter jet "F-TK-2 "tian-kuo"" ii, the second variant of the aforementioned plane, flies at cruising altitude of 3200-3400 studs (3000-3100 feet) and at a cruising speed of 639 studs per second (587 feet per second). Otherwise, the plane is similar to the original.
A small airplane by aaronlt25 rolls for takeoff at Plane Crazy Aerodrome. It flies well and can cruise at 520 studs per second (477.7 feet per second).
Basic Parts:
Below is a table of all the basic parts Robloxians can use to build vehicles. The city has a limited quantity of parts, which is usually 20,000. Whenever a vehicle is no longer used, it is disassembled to its basic parts, then each basic part is evaluated if it can be reused. If it can not be reused, it is sent to the city's recycling facility that will repurpose it for other items and the part will be reordered from the supplier facility.

The Almighty, a white drone that Robloxians can ride on and created by Altsamy, takes off from a black landing strip in Plane Crazy International Airport.
Government Events:
Plane Crazy City was involved in a government event, namely the 2020 Easter Egg Hunt. During the event, Robloxians had to build a plane and fly to a giant floating island (it formerly was not floating but the Robloxia government made it floating) hidden in the city airspace itself. There will be an egg that will attempt to get away from the Robloxian. Robloxians had to trap the egg in the barn, where it would capitulate, go to the podium, and remain stationary. Once stationary, the egg can be collected safely by Robloxians.
Renovation and Other Marginal Improvements:
The city is being renovated and is forecasted to be completed in Summer 2023, according to the current primary mayor. The current primary mayor announced that he would start hiring government employees. He would also expand the city's area 16-fold and double the length of Plane Crazy International Airport's runway. He would also renovate the train/tram tracks and start to number the roads and highways to make it linked with the rest of the Central Robloxia State Route System. There would be also a bank, but it is presumed to run autonomous of the government itself.
The Plane Crazy app, developed by the government of Plane Crazy itself, will remove the vehicle limit but not remove the parts limit. For some basic parts, the city will start receiving them from other undisclosed sources after a series of manufacturing defects caused vehicles to display anomalous behavior. The app would improve loading times when loading blueprints of gigantic vehicles. When ordering basic parts, another autonomous government service will help Robloxians decide whether they want a custom outline on their basic part.
The city will start receiving saws, cannons, jet engines, and a new type of glass.
Trivia:
- A 1928 cartoon is what gave the city its name. It was filmed in the city.
- A 1998 game simulated life from the city.
- The city is similar to another city in a parallel universe called From The Depths City, but it is criticized for being more complicated to create a vehicle.
