Pheonix is a HECU Marine working for the Robloxian Military. He is one of many soldiers who were recruited into the Insurgency.
Background
Somewhere in his life, Pheonix enlisted in the military as a HECU Marine. He was approached by the Insurgency after Operation: Nightfall.
Personality
Pheonix suffers from severe PTSD after serving in Bloxghanistan. He is shown to be unresponsive or mute at times. Yet, he is shown to have an incredible loyalty to the Insurgency.
Gear
Pheonix uses an M4 Carbine. He is armed with a Glock 17 which he rarely uses.
In The Insurgency
Pheonix is the Task Force Leader of Rouge HECU Unit H-3 "The Insurgency Exterminators". Their mission was to eliminate the furry race and avoid their sudden appearance and integration to society.
To do this, HECU Unit H-3 is required to overthrow the RSCP Foundation's Global Racial Division; Division GLOBAL-FAH by eliminating the leaders and heirs to the throne. However, it was not easy as it seems.
Operation: New Days
Pheonix infiltrated an RSCP Foundation Building to find intel on RSCP Foundation's latest sixth member of the R5 council, whom the Insurgency believes to be a risk due to rumors that this R5 had been given ownership of the foundation's latest Division, Division GLOBAL-FAH.
He managed to find it, but he tripped an hidden alarm which forced the security on the site to immediately go on high alert as he ran to the helipad exit.
When he managed to escape, the data file confirmed that the new R5-6, is none other than AndroidTan, a senior director of Tan Industries, and the second son of Harold S. Tan.
If he dies during the escape phase (before reaching the helipad); the new R5-6's voice will be heard, who is quoted:
If he fails to escape to the helicopter on time by (escaping >5 Minutes); he will encounter the new R5-6, who the R5 quoted:"Aww... Your friends left you didn't they? Oh well... Incinerate the body."
He back away, almost near the Helipad edge, which the R5 demand for him to return the file. Until Pheonix attempt to shoot the R5, but was shot by a RSCP Foundation Marksman."Aww... Your friends left you didn't they?"
