PercyDaDev (previously percyantique)(Sky T. or SkyKlebitz in real life) is a Roblox Cities Wiki and Robloxia Disasters Wiki editor, former DJ, CEO, and film producer and journalist from the Ro Philippines.
Biography:

Percy was born in Bloxapore and raised in the United Roblox of Indonesia and Ro Philippines. Percy immigrated to Robloxia in 2017 as a tourist and applied for full citizenship in 2020. He joined the Vyond community in 2021. Before immigrating to Robloxia, he played Simple Sandbox 2, Mario, Harry Potter, and Grand Theft Auto 5. He was a Bloxtuber since 2018. In Bloxtube, he posts videos of his journeys to Robloxia, Ro-Russian lessons, rants, and animations. His former gaming career is: Grand Theft Auto 5, Euro Truck Simulator 2, Simple Sandbox 1 and 2, and Turboprop flight simulator. He created his Dizzy account in 2020. His disorder is G6PD. He likes Politics Ro-Filipino stuff, GTA games, and militaries. He hates being deported in Robloxia and being drunk. He also dislikes drinking beer, TEM, hot weather, and the Vyond Community. His favorite games include: GTA III, VC, VCS, LCS, IV, V, The Watch Dog Series, Cyberpunk 2077, The Mafia Series, RDR2, and other games.
Percy is noted for his public clock installations in Ro-Philippines. Percy became an acting president of the Ro-Philippines in March 11. Percy is set to be the first chief justice of the Ro Philippines since November 15, 2021, but he failed due to his Robloxian citizenship.

In 2013-2021, he smuggled vehicles and imported illegal stuff to Ro Philippines which led to a controversy about Subic Bay Port Irene Cebu Cagayan de oro.
Some motifs used in his proposal of the third national anthem of Robloxia can be traced back to the national anthem of Sandboxia.
On February 28, 2022, Percy was officially arrested in San Juan Ro-Batangas for Speeding on his BMW.
On May 1, 2022, Percy attempted to take 20 gold bars in an ill-fated heist in Ro-Manila, where he was actively pursued by seven vans, eighteen cars, along with twelve bikes during an ill-fated heist attempt in Ro-Manila Depository.
On March 28, 2022, Percy was also arrested for crashing a juror's car using his pickup vehicle.
Percy has attempted to crash a Robloxian motorcade so he can take a lot of money.
Percy's 3rd anthem was a melody of Ro-Italian, Bloxican, Ro French, Bloxilean, and other anthems. It was controversial due to its lyrics promoting civility and demoting the current dominating government politics and the three freedoms at that time: freedom of slavery, freedom of country, and freedom of gift. It caused drama, which gradually led to riots in Robloxia due to its lyrics.
Percy's suggested flag of Robloxia depicted yellow for freedom, green for wisdom, red for salary, and a star for gift, hope, and peace. The flag was burned by the citizens of Robloxia because it symbolized that the president of Roblox was too libertarian. Percy was very controversial for the coat of arms of Robloxia because it promoted freedom of politics, which is very controversial by Robloxians due to it promoting the anthem.
Percy is notable for being the master of Blessed Aviation Flight 304, a Tupolev Tu-204 bound to Kuala Lumpur who him flew a drone towards the plane, he later got 2 Ban warrants by Robloxia, however in 2023 its denounced.,

In Robloxia from April-August 2020, Percy was a DJ, working for a Ro Filipino overseas worker. He was a former policeman and president in Sandboxia, where he essentially banned all Robloxian things and prevented Robloxians from visiting the area. On December 6, 2021, he was exiled for four days for saying "New York City" and making posters demonstrating opposition of Ferguson. His first ever arrest was smuggling and importing illegal stuff and vehicles to the Ro Philippines area. He composed the new anthem of Robloxia. His new appearance is a reference to the old male Robloxian in the guest pop up. Percy currently has a lot of vehicles. Percy wears a clock to a symbolize that time in Roblox can change lives and is unstoppable. Percy owns a bank and eventually became a film producer.
