The Pearingtosh is a personal computer designed, manufactured, and sold by Pear Computer that was released in 1984. In Bloxburg, it can be purchased from the Electronics sub-shop in the Build Shop. Despite being quite old, this fantastic machine is truly the father to the modern computers of today.
Pearingtosh had four types, which was the Pearingtosh 128k, 512k, Plus, and Classic. There was a prototype Pearingtosh called Pearingtosh Lisa.
Software:
The Pearingtosh contains five user-accessible apps and one internal app called Pairing.
The OS included on this computer is Pear OS 1 (Originally Pearingtosh System until version 1.0.2). However, it can be upgraded all the way up to Pear OS 5.1.2.
Gaming:
The Gaming app on the personal computer is a software used to play Pong, Bloxborne, or Phantom Forces.
Writing:
The Writing app on the personal computer is a software used to write books.
Being Intelligent:
The Being Intelligent app on the personal computer is a software used to read the news.
Watching:
The Watching app on the personal computer is a software used to watch YouBlock. A feature: if one uses this computer outside of the Historical Downtown Bloxburg area and areas where BloxTube is banned, YouBlock will redirect to BloxTube. Otherwise, if one uses this computer inside areas where Bloxtube is banned, it will automatically redirect the user to an alternative website similar to BloxTube that is legal in their area.
Viewing:
The Viewing app on the personal computer is a software used to view security cameras that are fully paired to the computer. It is the gateway to the Pairing app.
Pairing:
The Pairing app on the personal computer is a software used to pair security cameras. The app, once activated, will start to pair security cameras that are within range, with user consent required before they are fully paired.
