Outpost, more formally known as Outpost 84 - Text to Speech, is a social hangout area and town in Rox County, Bloxtana, Robloxia, Roblox where one can play with experimental technology in Robloxia, such as Text to Speech and terrain generation. Established in December 23, 2018, it is owned by Vartifact, which is the government of the town. The only known law is that Robloxians cannot use the Text to Speech technology to send messages that violate the Robloxian Constitution. If a Robloxian is caught sending them, Robloxian bystanders are encouraged to report this to the Robloxian government and Vartifact. The voice changing technology is currently being redesigned and the terrain generator is currently broken as of July 17, 2023. The population of the town is 770.

Text to Speech
This technology allows a Robloxian to type text and turn them into speech. There are five voices that require a Robloxian to insert a specific card in before they can use them (the Classic card costs 299 Robux and unlocks the ability for the technology to speak classic voices [3] and the Down Under card which unlocks the ability for the technology to speak voices named Kylie and Darwin).
Terrain Generation
The terrain generator is as broken as the ice cream machine in McBloxxer's[citation needed].
Voice Changing
Speech Pro is a voice changing technology that allows Robloxians to modify their own voice with more detail, from things such as pitch to compression on their own voice. This technology is currently being redesigned.
