Open Sebelsti (Sebelstian: Rojéti Sebelsti, Ro-Portuguese: Sebelsti Aberta) is a government programme sponsored by Sebelsti’s Ministry of Foreign Relations, which seeks to promote foreign investment, tourism, and immigration to the country. Under the program, nearly 600-800 million Robux is added to the economy of Sebelsti per year. It started in 2000 as a part of the government’s desire to re-open the country to the rest of the world, after decades of isolation. According to international sources, the project has been one of the most successful government initiatives in the region, attracting tens of thousands of people to the nation every year.
