Early Life
Oliver Eeran was born on June 21, 1991 in Sacramento, Bloxburg Valley to Matthew, a train conductor and Victoria, a veterinarian and 2 siblings, Jacob and Tasmin, Oliver is the youngest out of 3. On Eeran's 11th birthday he was gifted a skateboard which he loved, he went everyday after school to a skating park.
Personal Life
Oliver attended Sacramento City High School in Sacramento. After graduation Oliver was kicked out of the house and left homeless, on New Years Eve of 2009, Oliver murdered his first detective in Old Lake County, he went on to kill 15 more detectives but on his 15th one his phone was found by police officers and bought for DNA testing revealing who it belonged to.

Death
On November 13, 2013, Oliver drove a stolen car to a random road in Sacramento, where he waited for people to come, after seeing police officers pull up to a nearby parking garage he went there and pulled out a desert eagle. Oliver stepped out the stolen car and shot at the police officers and shot 2 in non-fatal areas, 23 minutes into the shooting Christopher Zimmermann shot Oliver in the forehead and Oliver collapsed immediately onto the parking garage floor, ambulances were called to the scene where the police officers that he injured were taken to the hospital and recovered but Oliver was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy revealed that when Oliver was shot the bullet got stuck in his brainstem where it stayed until the autopsy.
