OOF Airlines Flight 189 was a flight from Liberton International Airport, Biloxicanada County, to Robloxia International Airport, Robloxia. During November 17, 2025 the Roing 757-245 plane suffered multi-decompression towards the end of the flight and crashed into downtown Robloxia. 16 passengers and 18 on the ground are killed. This was potentially from the icing from wings, and the captain forgot to reduce the speed of the slat, causing the plane to run out of fuel and crash into the downtown street.

Aircraft

Before the disaster

As the plane was parked at Liberton International Airport during a snowstorm, a handful of 288 occupants arrived at the plane. Captain Robert Alvaderez set the engine and checked for the flight check results. He powered up the engines as Co-pilot Max Gussamdam joined in to accompany the Captain as the overhead bins are locked and travel for safety. He made an announcement as the plane left the gate. As the plane continued through the taxiway, the plane was to take off at Runway 4. The plane parked at Runway 4 before the take off roll, but they could not see as if they are gonna crash.

Plane Crash

The snow storm was taking four hours and a half to dissipate. After the snowstorm dissipated, the plane continued to go on its takeoff roll. The plane took off at Biloxicanada at 8:11:35. Robert forgot to reduce the slat's speed. The plane's flight was 4 in a hour as usual, as the plane continued to turn right. Heading through the Telamon Sea at 8:12:45, the plane turned back to Bloxifornia in a altitude of 32,000 ft. The plane continued further as usual, since flew above sea level (8,453 m). The plane eventually went the wrong way. The speed slat's damp yaw just retreated as first on that heading, but Robert set on the landing gears, causing the plane to go down quickly.

Eventually Robert closed the landing gears and changed course that is easier to land at Robloxia. The plane tracked it's wrong way heading as the captain turned right and Max turned out the lob. As from the terrible snowstorm, a picture of Liberton International Airport Gate 8's jet bridge was seen covered in icicles, being seen by Robert. The plane rolled to the left. The plane suddenly gave a hard shake and most of the passengers felt it. "What the," said Robert. Suddenly, the plane made a second shake, and the plane started to descend. "What the, what the?" said Robert again. The plane descended faster. "Slats prepared!" , Max said. "What are you doing?", Robert said "I never chose to pick the slat's speed!" asked Robert terribly again. Suddenly, the Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System or the stick shaker (EGPWS) warned that the plane was landing too close to the ground instead of the airport. "TERRAIN, RIGHT AHEAD! TERRAIN, RIGHT AHEAD!" it screamed. The fuselage started creaking. Passengers are screaming and the pilots are fainting with fear. "TERRAIN, RIGHT AHEAD! YOU ARE 1,900 FT ABOVE SEA LEVEL AND YOU ARE GOING TO CRASH!"

"Pull up!" Max said. They just activated the engines when a bridge came into sight the pilots started to panic. The plane tried to do that, but it lost power too fast.

"Well then, he got the chips," Max said. Suddenly, there was rear frosting, and Robert said, "I didn't! We're going at 15,000 ft.!" Suddenly, the plane jeered to the right and to the left. The plane started to collide almost with a tow-truck cleaner. Robert said, "My god; we're going to die!" as the plane roped to 9,000 ft. The plane almost got into it, but then the plane's landing gears opened and the plane shook instantly. The plane tilted to the right and the plane was headed for disaster. The plane struck a flyover, and as it plunged the airport. The plane recovers, but then the plane started to tilt. "OH NO!!?" said Max as the plane shook in its normal position. Max and Robert slammed into the brakes and the plane drifted to the right, veering into a Roblox Airlines aircraft.

Then, the plane turned left, slowly reaching Runway 9 instead of the now-registered Runway 10. The plane veered as dozens of buildings came from the left side. The plane struck a perimeter wall and the plane almost collided with the Roblox Airlines aircraft. The plane drifted left. The plane's left wing struck the runway hard as the plane bounced hard and the front landing gear imploded, and the plane just kept on moving. It hit the Roblox Airlines HQ, causing three explosions, destroying the plane. Front passengers, Captain Robert, and First Officer Max were killed. The tail leaped off like a downtown freezer. The plane was seven kilometers from the airport. The tail hit a car and the plane stopped.

Wreck of the plane

Cockpit section

The wreckage of the plane was a national landmark in history. Roblox Airlines' HQ was relocated in The AmazeMan City International Airport after the Roblox Airlines Flight 810 accident. The cockpit section's wreckage was to be a plane wreck under Roblox Airlines' HQ and ripped a hole in the interior. The cockpit was shattered into a million pieces, meaning that it was destroyed in the 3 explosions. The seat was thrown out, and the seatbelts ripped. The front fuselage hit the cafeteria, and the elevator exploded and shattered from the plane. However, the plane broke into five pieces during impact. The fuselage ripped through a opening in the balcony in Level 2.

Nuclear attacks

Flight 189 was later assumed to be a nuclear attack. When the plane crashed a plume of smoke, smoke rose from the plane site and went flying into the stratosphere. However, it was later found to be not a nuclear attack at all, instead being a bomb threat. Max said "OH NO!!?". However, the slats became frosted. The plane crash threw ice into the other side of the plane as it didn't offer any protection. Like a plane that crashed into a bridge that failed to land at Ro-Indi, the plane was suffering from a similar incident. A sixteen-year old male Robloxian described about the speeding aircraft; he drew a still drawing of OOF Airlines Flight 189 ramming towards the plane and the HQ. Frosting of "year-cold slat-ice" from the edge of the spoilers and brakes failed to elicit a response. After those two plane crashes, the Great Robloxian War of 2023, also known as the Robloxian War, was put on temporary ceasefire.

The Black Box was stained with chromium and oil, as it was extracted from the plane. The Black Box's recordings appear to be describing a temporary evacuation. Also, the Black Box contained profanity. The best transcription offered was: "Sum ting wong", "Where too loe", "Hol lee Fuk ord", and "Bang Ding Ow", meaning: "Something's wrong", "We're too low", and "Holy Fu*klord!". The plane actually crashed at the point of the "bang ding ow".

Captain: We're taking off from Runway 4 to Runway 10 of Robloxia. Please prepare your seatbelts.
Co-pilot: We're ready? You think about something?
Captain: Shut up and let I finished my answer first!

November 24, 2025 Incident:

7 days had passed since the OOF Airlines Roblox Airlines HQ crash. Another plane crash happened on a another plane but it landed safely at the airport. A simulation of a OOF Airlines plane, while in a 44-day snowstorm (similar to the one mentioned earlier) had icing on the wings, but it froze too much and the spoiler was ripped off. The plane started to plunge. Ice started growing while on the plane's plunge, and then when the plane landed, the ice shattered. However, every passenger survived. The plane was restored and stayed at a local hangar for 54 days before it was used again in 2026.

Yet another incident that occurred on this day was reported on a Haruchi-Miku Airlines aircraft. Unlike the previous two incidents, it crashed, killing 180 passengers.
