In the videogame Galactic Exploration, there is a cutscene taking place in the mid 1300s (CE). It involves Katarrun, a large planet with such a large gravitational pull that its own moon, Nurax falls to Katarrun, turning the planet into a hellish landscape, eradicating 90% of life on Katarrun and 100% of life on Nurax (Which was a beach moon, similar to Soniodreavus). Many settlements and civilizations on Katarrun and Nurax were destroyed, those that were not melted and burnt due to the amount of magma from Nurax and Katarrun "spitting" out of the planet's core, burning the planet's surface. Because Nurax hit Katarrun at hundreds of miles per second, it impacted deep into the point where a nineteenth of Katarrun's core was in contact with Nurax. This part of the core was exposed to the rest of the planet, allowing for it to flow away from the core into the surface. Fortunately, Katarrun maintained its orbit around Holdestro.

It created large waves of dust, smoke, lava/magma, and rubble which were referred to as "Death waves" which engulfed the planet for 500 years. The death waves were over 1 mile tall at the most, which was enough to destroy massive mountainsides that Katarrun had. Because Katarrun was a semi-terrestrial planet, it was similar to Soniodreavus and Trodejius at the time. The death waves burnt miles of sand, canyons, fields of dry plants, and others. The death waves would crush and obliterate anything it came in contact with, for it travelling across the entire planet at 941 miles per hour. Because of its intense speed, millions of structures, lifeforms, and natural landscapes were destroyed and crumbled to the ground.

After the initial event, it took 14 years for the death waves to start sinking back into the core of Katarrun. The entire planet was transformed - from a peaceful desert with scattered trees and small rivers, to a deathly hot valley with volcanic vents every 10 yards, acting as a minefield for travelers. Only 10 percent of the life on Katarrun survived the event, either by hiding in the tall mountain areas, safe from death waves, or flying above the waves (which was almost impossible due to the heat.) For hundreds of years, people on Terra and Sondarnia believed that there were two suns in the system they lived in, until eventually Katarrun cooled down. Eventually, Katarrun was discovered by Terra in 2149 CE. After historical events were shared with the Terrans, the whole solar system understood the real truth of the "second sun" of the solar system.

In 1862 CE on Katarrun, the planet finally entirely cooled down, to the point where it was mainly volcanic and rocky. In 3670 CE, the planet had a massive volcanic eruption in its western hemisphere, warming up the planet again. However, it did not affect it as much. Eventually, after thousands of years, Katarrun recovered from the event and recovered 80 percent of its original population.
