Special Containment Procedures

RSCP-093 instances must be contained within a titanium and nuclear-resistant safe within five different layers of strong metal in an area where seismic, anomalous, manmade, or any other type of shaking is rare or impossible. RSCP-093 must be handled carefully and at all times, no contact should be made with the liquid inside of RSCP-093. If an instance of RSCP-093 is shaken or physical action causing nuclear fission [everyone within its blast radius] must be alerted before it explodes. (It should take about 9 seconds, so all personnel must be armed with a remote control that will instantly send a warning to the Site Director.) RSCP-093 must be contained at Site-14 due to it's location away from tectonic plates and manmade shaking.

Description

RSCP-093 is a group of 12 (as of writing) 12 oz bottles which contain yellowish-greyish liquid. If enough shaking is made, or contact with radioactive or uranium items is made, then it will take about 9 seconds for RSCP-093 to explode. The explosion will be about 200 studs (183.7 feet) in diameter and the fireball will be about 50 studs (45.93 feet) tall. The bottles that contain RSCP-093 are not anomalous; however, when RSCP-093 explodes, the bottle does not break. If a Robloxian or any other force besides RSCP-093 attempts to break the bottle with a hammer or something with enough force, the bottle will break. The bottle has not been classified as a sub-RSCP yet, however it is still controversial among scientists, R5 council members, and even MTF operatives. RSCP-093 is the liquid itself, which is believed to be some kind of radioactive liquid. RSCP-093 was discovered at a soda factory in North Robloxia. A worker inspected the 15 instances of RSCP-093 which was questionable to the worker because the only soda being manufactured was colored a dark brown. The worker grabbed an instance of RSCP-093 in a manner in which nuclear fission could ignite, and the entire factory was destroyed by the explosion. After Beta-7 acquired RSCP-093, they were taken to their blast-proof containment chamber at Site-14.

It is currently unknown where and why RSCP-093 was created. However, it is theorized to be a crude terrorist nuclear weapon or some kind of strange elaborate foreign method of attacking factories. RSCP-093 originally had 24 bottles in its pack of cardboard. However, twelve either went missing (scarily enough), were already destroyed/detonated, or not created. This is because there were only 12 remaining in a cardboard box located in a basement in the soda factory. No other instances of RSCP-093 have been found besides the ones in the box.

Incident 093-A

An instance of RSCP-093 was allegedly found in a vending machine in a restaurant on Jackson Street, an extremely busy street filled with foot traffic and traffic as well as many surrounding shops filled with customers and workers. A few agents undercover were sent to contain it, however, it was discovered that the drink was actually a bottle of grapefruit soda, and an LED apart of the vending machine was somehow behind it, creating a glowing effect. The agent who originally found it was ridiculed because the amount of people and vehicles in the area would have already created enough shaking to detonate it. This was known as one of the many mishaps of Foundation field operatives.
