Not to be confused with North Noobia, the province nearby, claimed by Sebelsti and the DSWN.

North Noobania (Noobanian: Kùtag Adínãku Niuavá, Ro-Portuguese: Região Autónoma do Norte-Noobania) is one of the two autonomous regions of Sebelsti[1]. While it is officially recognized as a part of Sebelsti[1], a growing separatist movement has claimed the region as its own country, the Republic of North Noobania. The region has been contested for at least 30 years, with the separatist North Noobanian Liberation Front being created in 1982, and has been fighting sporadic battles with the Sebelstian government since at least 1984. According to the separatist movement, North Noobania has historically been a separate kingdom until the Tovokian Empire took over, and later under Ro-Portugal, and North Noobanians are separate from Sebelstians.

The territory sits in between the Noobania Range, a mountain range to the west and northwest, and the DSWN to the north and northeast, as well as the Province of Nakólândia. However, the heavily guarded North Noobania Buffer Zone separates the territory from the rest of Sebelsti.
