Norman is a small province on the Island of Roxington. As of 2023, it has a population of 872,104. It borders Roxington City Province to the northeast, Asheville to the southwest, and Rexford to the northwest. Norman is one of the most moved to provinces of Robloxia, due to it having the least natural disasters in all of Robloxia. Norman City is the province's capital. It sits on the East Roxington River and is the county seat of Norman County.
