The No-Air-Company (TNAC) was founded by Ron Lik in 2000s. It was the first company to ever make electric cigarettes, of which they labeled them as E-smokes and heavily advertised its brand on many young Robloxian websites. The company was saved from filing for bankruptcy in September 16, 2009, a teenaged boy by the name of Raven Role was playing video games on his computer in Robloxia, until he saw an advertisement on E-Smoke. The advertisement was a E-Smoke advertisement, displaying words such as{{
"much safer then smoking + has nicotine!" and "You'll be e-smoking!"
Raven decided to order it tomorrow on his friend's computer with his friend's mother's permission. The friend's mother did not know about E-Smokes. Raven went outside two hours later, and received a box containing his E-Smokes. The next day, Raven and his friend disguised the box as a large capacity pencil box and E-Smokes as pencils. During brunch and lunch, Raven and his friend invited many Robloxians, went to a staff restroom (surprisingly, every time they went to the restroom, it was unlocked and the last staff member forgot to reactivate the built-in lock) and locked the door to it by reactivating the lock. Eventually, there was too many E-Smokes (a surplus of them indeed), so they decided to sell the surplus, monopolistic style. First, they derived the marginal revenue curve and the marginal cost curve. Next, they found where the curves intersected. Finally, they went up to the demand curve and charged the price that it suggested. This led to them making a long-term profit, despite some short-term losses interspersed with short-term profits. TNAC even decided to make the Bloxas-headquartered business a subsidiary.
The subsidiary of Bloxas was relatively fleeting compared to other corporate subsidiaries that had initially become a monopoly, as professors in the headquarter school eventually found out about the operation by entering the restroom via normal and sane means. Even the school newspaper team arrived to cover the story, and E-smoke then achieved fame on a Roblox-wide magnitude. According to the school newspaper, there have been reports that kids have been walking near teens that e-smoked. Some teenagers were diagnosed with rare disorders that killed them. The surviving teenagers were sentenced to the Bloxas Correctional Facility until they pass a course on drug education. The parents of the teenagers involved were outraged that E-smoking is legal in Robloxia. Eventually, E-smoke was discovered by the Robloxian government for monopolizing the E-smoking industry per antitrust legislation, and increasing the Herfindahl–Hirschman index by cracking the monopoly proved to be economically futile as the company had vertically integrated everything, even the laboratories used to produce nicotine, and the economic costs outweighed the economic benefits. Therefore, the government intervened by banning E-smoking completely in Robloxia, They would do this gradually.
Even as quantity demanded plummeted due to more and more government restrictions on the E-smoking, the TNAC remained its passivity. TNAC even got sued by the Robloxia government for inserting advertisements promoting the brand on websites aimed for a teenage audience. Rather than paying the fine in full, they shifted their advertising market from the online teenage market to the offline adult market. They would place similar advertisements in adult stores. This was able to convince the government that they should not further regulate TNAC. However, in 2023, Bloxstralia banned E-smoking completely. Even Robloxians who have exceeded the smoking age as mentioned by the country legislature still cannot smoke as the law that made it illegal repealed the minimum smoking age law. United Roblox Countries praised and extolled the move, which led to the United Roblox Countries declaring the proclamation that E-smoking should be banned. Teenagers or kids that were addicted to E-Smoke started to manifest symptoms of disorders and syndromes, and so President Roblox, which has repealed every Robloxian law, even the Robloxia Constitution, in violation of the Robloxians Disabilities Act, created a clandestine huge ship that would contain many pods that would send them to Kepblox and hopefully societally reintegrate with the initial crew.
