Newbeach International Airport is an airport in the city of Newbeach in the Bloxford County, serves flights to North Bloxifornia and Bloxanada, the number of passengers transported per year averages 8,300,000 robloxians per year and more than 100,000 tons, has 2 ATC towers that control the 3 runways, frequently receive flights from Brigadeiro Airlines, Air Noodle and Air Bloxanada, being the main means of getting there in the city.
History
The airport was built in 1980, with the aim of boosting tourism in the county, so it was built as a state airport, which only received and sent flights to North Bloxifornia, however, the airport did not receive many Robloxians, but as tourism in the city and county it became popular, the airport received a second runway and was expanded.
Thus, in 1997, the airport completed its renovation and began to receive several flights, passengers and cargo, thus, this boosted the economy both the city and the county, and as more people arrived, the problem of overcrowding appeared in 2006 after the completion of the construction of the third runway, thus, the airport structure expanded again and the second ATC tower was completed, thus, the airport reached a record number of passengers per year in 2014, with 19,203,843 Robloxians arriving and/or leaving, in 2020, the airport was closed due to an explosion and destruction of a part of it, in May 2023, the airport reopened again.
