Sometimes called the Garden State, New Rosey is Robloxia's fourth-smallest state by area and the most densely populated state in Robloxia. Prior to being a state in Robloxia, it was a state in the Carl Territories until Robloxia annexed it and destroyed the state. The capital is Semerdon.
