The National Obedience Act of 1963 was a law passed in the United States of Robloxia under President John F. Kenny during a time of rising social unrest and public disorder. The act was signed into law on May 14, 1963, and took effect on July 1, 1963. It was introduced by Senator Charles Redmill (R–North Bloxifornia) and passed by a Republican-majority Congress. The law aimed to strengthen federal powers over public safety, increase penalties for disobedience and vandalism, and allow the government to step in during riots, protests, or large disturbances.

The act was, however, widely controversial. Supporters viewed it as necessary for restoring order during a time when Robloxian cities were experiencing riots, vandalism, and rising crime rates. Opponents believed the law was too strict and could be used to silence protests and public criticism. The act granted the President emergency powers to deploy federal forces to states, created new federal crimes such as “national interference”, and introduced strict jail terms for defacing monuments, blocking roads, or damaging federal property. It also established the Federal Order Division (FOD), a new agency created to assist with national enforcement.
