The National Congress (Telamonian: Ahaoleloa Laheipaina, Rogaulian: Congrès de la Nation) was a Telamonian political organization that operated from 1911 to 1941, founded by Makala Manu. It was the main conservative organization, but it cooperated with the colonists and was the largest legal organization in Telamon Islands. It was founded in 1911, played a large role in the 1920s and early 1930s, and then began to decline. In 1941, after the rebels won and the Telamon Islands declared independence, the organization dissolved itself, and its remnants eventually joined various nationalist or centrist groups. In 1921, it had approximately 3,000,000 members, making it the largest organization in Rogaulian Telamon. This record was not broken until after the Telamon Islands declared independence. Although at the time the organization's members were considered traitors, historians today see them as positivists who wanted to cooperate with the Eurobloxians and gain benefits for their nation in return.
