Muammar Bloxaffi was the late leader of Green Lybilox and dictator of Lybilox from 1969 to 2011. He was the founder of Lybilox's own 3rd world theory and the creator of the gold Ryna coin intended to represent BloxAfrican but was abandoned in 2011 when he was overthrown.
