Special Containment Procedures
Access to RSCP-005 will be limited to RSCP and the Robloxian Space Agency ( RSA ). Any Robloxian entities leaving the containment area will be taken via the RSCP rocket, where they will be interviewed for RSCP purposes and sent to an RSA rocket. Any non-Robloxian entities leaving the containment area will be terminated.
Description
Moon Base Blox is a moon research site and a branch of the University of ROBLOXia, where many young Robloxians worked and studied at, as well as lived due to the long flight back to Roblox. It was an engineering and technical marvel. The site was built by the Robloxian Space Agency in cooperation with the University of ROBLOXia. 2006. Unfortunately on October 31, 2008, a magnitude 10 earthquake struck the base obliterating it. Around 45,000 Robloxians were killed and 7,300 were injured. Only 41 Robloxians made it out safely without being hurt. Several tunnels lost oxygen causing a mine to collapse underground. This didn't cause the quake, but caused damage. Massive holes opened in the ground, creating deep trenches that were so large that entire buildings and objects would fall into the darkness of the pits. The deepest ravine is Toko Trench, named after a scientist who worked at the facility. He was unfortunately killed in the earthquake and fell 600 feet to his death. It is currently unknown if it goes deeper. The deepest recorded height from the bottom to the surface was 683 studs. This was only recorded in 2015 when a mission to search the base was conducted, and the rover searching the trench broke on a mysterious object, causing it to fall all the way. The only item recovered from the failed rover search was the recording equipment which was pulled upward by the expedition team.
Currently, as of 2025, rovers and some ships are sent to the base to examine the remains of what is left, and to possibly find survivors. There are only 900 people who went missing. Experts say that there is a ■■■■■■■■ hiding behind the base. An alert was sent out at 11:41 PM during the quake. It was a message that said
"All Level 4 personnel and above, please note. Several personnel have gone missing in the Containment Hall. Investigate the area when you can. Some "characters" have breached. Reinforcements from the government known as ■■■■■■■■ will enter to handle the situation. All personnel Level 3 personnel or below are to evacuate the premises immediately, to the nearest rocket back to Roblox."
At 11:39 PM during the quake, a message was sent out as an alert. "The site is experiencing multiple C-2/C-3 containment breaches, full site lockdown initiated.". A survivor of the incident said she heard deep laughter and faint screaming that were coming from the mines below, shortly after the first announcement. She will remain redacted as a request. The anomalous parts of RSCP-005 is the entirety of the area in and surrounding Moon Base Blox. The base itself is an anomaly, along with the physical land it sits on, along with the cause of the earthquake along with the strange anomalous entities reported and seen by expeditions. Because of it's location and because it is far too dangerous, manned operations are banned to Moon Base Blox. No Foundation personnel are permitted to enter a 25 mile radius of the base.

MBB Locations
- The West Wing Cafeteria: This is a cafeteria in the West Wing. It seems to have a buffet, and leftovers specially contained in a fridge. The majority of the food stored in the fridge has rotted.
- West Wing: The West Wing is the West Hallway, which connects to the West Wing Cafeteria, The Director's Office, janitor closets, and the West Wing Armory.
- West Wing Armory: Available only to staff Level 4 and above ( and hence RSCP Clearance Level 4+ ), it contains grenades, A255s, rifles, and first-aid kits. A student named ■■■■■■■■ was reported to smuggle A255's to the MBB, henceforth giving the staff access to this highly illicit weapon.
- Director's Office: The MBB Director who was in charge of the site had his own office, with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and a living room, cramped into a small space. The Director, Lexyalex91 was found dead. He died from suffocation. However, his leg was ripped off. The leg can be found at N■■.■■■■■■■■, W■■■.■■■■■■■■ on the Moon's surface.
- North Wing: The North Wing is not actually a hallway, it is actually a crawlspace. Maintenance workers went to this area to work on the systems. Most of the power was contained here. Multiple bodies of engineers were found drenched in a liquid. Liquid analyses revealed the liquid to compose of ■■% Robloxian blood and ■■% pure dihydrogen monoxide. There are no rooms other than the Electrical Center.
- Electrical Center: The Electrical Center is a small room with a fan that has 8 power boxes. Each one connects to each wing, and each mine. No bodies were found in here, but a message made of Robloxian blood that was found said "No one is coming to save us.". After more investigation done by the RSCP, a wallet was found behind rubble. It was the wallet of epicman01, containing a self-portrait of himself and an 100 ROBUX bill. His final moments alive as RSCP-005-1 surrounded him was recorded on his RoPhone. Before he could die, he dropped his RoPhone and it stopped recording.
- Launch Station: The Launch Station is connected by the monorail in the Central Building. It sends workers back to Roblox by space travel, or brings them to the base.
- Central Building: The Central Building is where the party happened on October 31st, 2008. A celebration was made for workers to have fun. A new plan was being made for the facility and it would start construction the day after. However, the quake caused the construction to cease.
- Dormitory 1: Dormitory 1 is a building consisting of 250 rooms, each one designed to comfortably fit habitation for 4 Robloxians. (In total it is 1000 people.) It has 10 public restrooms, and a few janitor closets. One of the rooms (81) contained a corpse of an unknown male Robloxian, believed to be a student at the school. He was next to a machine that could call for help from Roblox. He died from wounds. Teams sent to the dormitory found a survivor in Room 203. The survivor was not aware of the earthquake or the presence of RSCP-005-2 in the hallways.
The survivor, who decided to remain anonymous, claimed that a few months before the earthquake he decided to ship a plant and stove with a fridge to his room from Roblox. He managed to survive without leaving his room with one exception only. He claimed that he had a close encounter when he went to go fill up his water bottle at a water dispenser in the hallway. He saw a creature at the end of the hallway and told the RSCP Foundation; "That night I couldn't sleep. I thought it was just a bad dream and maybe everyone didn't die. I didn't know. What are the chances of me surviving the worst disaster that wasn't on Roblox? I wrote in my diary the next morning; 'Last night I saw something, or maybe someone at the end of the hallway. For a fact I know that thing was DEFINITELY not Robloxian.' "
Another survivor was found in Room 183, close to the other survivor's room, Nathan Smith, a young 12-year-old boy, known to be popular for being extremely smart by the students nearly twice his age at the college. He only said one thing to them. "They want to kill "us" (most likely the other survivor or someone who died later.) Nathan, at that time was 19 years old, and specifically remembered one thing that "I would remember for the rest of my life. Maybe for eternity.". He remembered running in a dark hallway as something was running behind him. He looked at the people, lifeless on the floor "that yesterday were happy and healthy", now deceased. He crawled into a vent and fell down after the chase. RSCP-005-2 most likely thought that Nathan died from the fall, but he actually was knocked unconscious. He sprained his leg and quietly escaped into his room that was just nearby.
The nature of RSCP-005 has never been found out, mostly due to it's distance from Roblox.
