Special Containment Procedures
RSCP-116 currently can't be contained until staff can propose a permanent SCP. For the meantime, RSCP-116 is to be contained where it's physical location is at in the 200^3 stud radius of "Mike's Bistro" on 982 Shedletsky Avenue, Robloxity, where the local street has been closed down and all non RSCP-116-1 residents and visitors evacuated under the premise of a dangerous gas leak causing delirium in multiple Robloxians explaining the anomalous properties of RSCP-116. Provisionary Site-192 has been established around RSCP-116. No explanation for RSCP-116 or RSCP-116-1 has been found and it is likely that RSCP-116 could be classed as a Euclid-Apollyon due to it's nature. Talks between the R-5 council on the permanent containment of RSCP-116 and RSCP-116-1 are occurring as of October 2022.
Description
RSCP-116 is a spatial anomaly in a 200^3 stud area located directly in the center of a semi-submerged basement level bistro known as "Mike's Bistro", located at 982 Shedletsky Avenue, Robloxity. RSCP-116 suddenly manifested at 3:12 AM, July 14, 2022 at the previously mentioned location, causing 16 Robloxians to immediately become RSCP-116-1. RSCP-116-1 instances will, at once, materialize in randomized locations within RSCP-116 and attack and fight the other instances, utilizing furniture and items to attack eachother. RSCP-116-1 instances after being killed will rematerialize in randomized locations within RSCP-116 again, repeating the cycle. RSCP-116-1 instances are confined to RSCP-116 and cannot and have been seen to avoid leaving, and they will ignore anything of the outside world. Every 3-5 minutes, RSCP-116 "resets" and anything that existed in or on RSCP-116 will rematerialize in the state that it was when it first manifested on 3:12 AM, July 14, 2022.
RSCP-116-1 instances are sapient Robloxians, however they ignore the outside world as mentioned earlier. 116-1 instances have also been observed to create or manifest weapons and consumable items such as Molotov cocktails or branded sodas, the origin of which or the explanation of how they were even created are unknown. As of August 2022, RSCP-116 contains 16 RSCP-116-1 instances. Any Robloxian that enters RSCP-116 will become an instance of RSCP-116-1 and there is no known way to reverse this.
Incident 116-A
An instance of RSCP-116-1 was forcefully brought out of RSCP-116 using robotic arms, observing pain and confusion, entirely ignoring the existence or presence of any person outside of RSCP-116 or any person that is not RSCP-116-1, or the robotic arms used to pull it out. The instance forcefully brought out suddenly gained awareness of the presence of the field agents nearby and proceeded to [REDACTED] out of [DATA EXPUNGED], leading to it immediately being shot by 3 Foundation guards instantly. Senior Researcher Cruz, stationed at PS-192 stated "Jesus f[DATA EXPUNGED] Christ." after discovering the incident that had occurred a few minutes prior.
