James Miguel Miñarro Adams (Miguel Miñarro V) (Madriblox, Ro-Spain, August 20, 1965[fn 1]) is a politician, lawyer, former economic director and head of Ro-Spanish port authorities. Since June 21, 2026, he has been the 7th President of the Government of Ro-Spain, succeeding James Stoun in the 2026 Spanish General Elections.

Since 2017, he has served as President of the People's Party of Spain, elected in the 2017, 2021 and 2025 elections, and will possibly run again in 2029. From 1999 to 2026, he was a senator in the Ro-Spanish Senate representing Madriblox.[fn 2]
