Michael Toris Wilson (born September 30, 1949) is a politician, lawyer, and prosecutor of the Hokanda General Court, and a member of the Hokanda Socialist Party. Since July 3, 1992, he has served as the 5th President of Hokanda, elected in the 1992, 1998, 2004, 2010, 2016, and 2022 elections. He has also served as the 7th Leader-Chairman of the Hokanda Socialist Party since February 7, 1994.

Early life
He was born on September 30, 1949. His father's name was Julió, born in 1907 and died in 1976, a former member of the Hokanda Armed Forces from 1938 to 1972. His mother's name was Fathima, a housewife born in 1911 and died in 1998.
From 1978 to 1995 he was married to Freda Williams, in 1999 he married Anna Hawin, 76 years old (currently). She has 6 children.
