The Central Business District of Massagaf, the capital and second largest city of Massagaf, as well as the seat of the surrounding Federal Capital District, also known as Centro, or Kwenas in Adonian, is the center of the city of Massagaf and is home to many of the nation's federal institutions. It is the historic core of Massagaf, dating from before the rest of the master-planned city was created.
