Major Events in Slendernawa in 2025

January

Jan 14th, Centrist-Conservative coalition collapses after it is leaked that the Far-Right group known as the Small Red Party has meddled with conservative policies
Jan 15th, a spontaneous mass-protest occurs regarding the meddling and a collapse of the #1 investor in the farming industry. Left-wing voters fight with right-wing voters, curfew is put in place.
Jan 17th, Conservatives abandon the centrists to form a new party with the Small Red Party. They demand the small reds loosen up on their polices. Hajinie Schlafft posts an ominous message stating that she will do something that will cause a lot of anger.
Jan 18th, after terrorist attacks in Robloxia and Romarkia by a Jihadist group, Hajinie Schlafft deploys the national guard and tightens security.
Jan 23rd, the Atomkiwi, a neo-kiwi terrorist group kills hundreds in a brutal attack in Slendernawa City. Inflation skyrockets to 10% from 7%
Jan 27th, Hajinie Schlafft announces the creation of 10 nuclear weapons, the former conservative party is outraged they were never told about it.
Jan 30th, Scandal in the new Small Red Party revels former conservative leader and current leader of the Small Red Party was heavily involved in corruption. His home is raided and he is arrested.
Jan 30th, Hans Kwarelad, leader of the National-Progressive Camp, former supreme judge and the winner of the first elections in 1979 announces he plans to run for Vice Minister.
Jan 31st, Hajine Schlafft sustains brain damage after being shot in the head and thigh at a rally. She is rushed to hospital and given and experimental drugs from the UXXR.

Feburary

Feb 1st, Hajinie Schlafft exits surgery with brain damage, it is determined she is allowed to rule again as long as she continues taking the drug. However, the proportions are calculated wrong, she takes 4x her max allowed doseage.
Feb 1st, Doctors are concerned after she shows signs of delusion, it chalked up to the anesthesia given. The Stock Market Crashes.
Feb 2nd, Schlafft returns to office. Her first act is to impeach all supreme judges and repeal her worker's rights act. This results in a protest of 100,000 workers in Lorrane City, the military is sent in, and they are violently expelled.
Feb 4th, Schlafft suspends congress, citing that they are in a state of conflict, and she must fulfill her duties.
Feb 6th, Schlafft demands all news sources other than state-approved apparatuses are shutdown. She declares martial law and gives out cash rewards to anybody who kills people who didn't vote for her in the 2013 election. She also demands the mass-deportation of foreigners.
Feb 6th, Hans Kwarelad is executed. The entire consumer economy is suspended as the military is sent in and internet access is cut of following Schlafft's resignation from the Pula Pact.

Feb 7th, a resistance group of veterans and active-duty service members is formed by an officer only known as "Ringleader" (Pictured) the group begins to distribute flyers and quickly grows to over 160 members. The group is divided into 3 wings, the army, led by Ringleader, the Airforce led by "Aurthor"(pictured) and Navy led by "Ryoushi" (pictured)
Feb 8th, Interviews are held with notable URVOTOS members, revealing recruitment numbers grow by thousands per day. They cut power to and from Slendernawa City. Schlafft pushes for them to be declared an international terrorist organization.
Feb 9th, Operation 1979 is announced for the 11th, a planned attack on Slendernawa City to kill Schlafft and install a new regime. Schlafft announces elections are permanently delayed.
