The Madison County Transport Authority is the local public transport authority in the city of Brookhaven and the surrounding Madison County. It was formed in 2002, by an order of the Kionne Republic government which mandated that the county create a public transport authority to account for the Brookhaven Bus Line going out of business. Today, it operates the Brookhaven Subway, the 14 bus routes which all intersect or terminate in downtown, and a stop on a bus pullout near the downtown train station. It also manages Madison County Tollway 0 (aka Brookhaven Tollway) with the Robloxian Transport Authority and Madison County Toll Organization. It is the main toll road connecting Brookhaven. Madison County Tollway 0 is a part of Interblox 666 as it serves as the express lane for Interblox 666. It is temporarily managing Madison County Route 99.

Ridership
The company’s ridership is comparably lower than average for towns of its size, but this is partly because the majority of public transport riders are using the subway. However, ridership seems to be increasing with 4,000 daily riders, a significant amount of Brookhaven’s 10,000+ citizens.
