After becoming great friends, Jayden and Matilda have decided to get back to the Brookhaven neighborhood to hang together. After they are struck by a driving automobile, the guard, who is homeless as a result of previous events, becomes agitated and begins to pursue them. After that, the two decide to go to a high school together, where they run upon Elsie Hawkins, a fellow Brookhaven student.
