Liki Ekolu is the fourth tier football league in the Telamon Islands. The Liki Ekolu is played by 22 clubs with the top three clubs advancing to the Liki Lua and the bottom four being relegated to the Liki Mokupuni. Additionally, the fourth best Liki Ekolu club plays the fourth worst Liki Lua club in the play-offs for a spot in the higher league. Similarly, the fifth worst Liki Ekolu club plays the fifth best Liki Mokupuni club in the play-offs for a spot in the higher league.
