Legranex Concrete Island, also known as Noob Island, is an artificial island that houses a tower and a house. This island is supposed to be a testing site for expansion of Legranex City. The population of Legranex Concrete Island is only four. Legranex Concrete Island is planned to be absorbed by Legranex City once the expansion is complete.
