Sebelsti, a federal republic[1], has a bicameral legislature, the Congress of Sebelsti, consisting of the Chamber of Deputies (the lower house) and the Senate (The upper house), located at the Congressional Palace, located in Port Sebelsti, the planned executive and legislative capital of the country[2]. Both were formed upon the country’s independence in 1931.
