Special Containment Procedures
Highway 40 and 188 are to be closed off, and any roads leading in or out of the Lake Vanski are to be closed off as well. Any anomalies that escape the town are to be shot. URGOC/URATC units are permitted to shoot and destroy any anomalies that exit the border of the city. Any natural entities that escape the town will and should not be attacked and allowed to leave, but amnestics must be administered. Any unauthorized personnel are to not be allowed to enter the town, and will be shot at the third warning.
Description
The town/lake of Lake Vanski, Roregon is a town with population 2,405 (anomalies were included in the census). This is the most popular hotspot for paranormal/anomalous activity. On October 29th, 1982, Site-06 containment breached, causing the loss of 14 natural civilians. Eventually, one of the anomalies which was parasitic invaded the town. The parasites were dormant in the Robloxians until October 31st, 1994.
Trick or treaters started attacking each other and people giving candy away. Eventually, the foundation investigated the corpse of a 13 year old who would then be one of the hundreds of instances of RSCP-049-2. RSCP-049-2 is an instance of what was known as RSCP-007 back in the 1980's before it disappeared from the database. It was a parasite that could duplicate, however after duplicating 2,404 times, it would die. RSCP-049-2 instances evolved to not duplicate the parasites. Other anomalies escaped, which are now classified as RSCP-049-3, which refer to any other anomalies. RSCP-049-1 is the town itself. RSCP-049-4 refers to a mysterious island off the coast of Robloxity, which was the source of the town's anomalies. The island does not seem to be inhabited, but the island is believed to be sentient. The lake itself is also another source of the anomalies.
Incident 049-1
On October 31st, 2018, three teenagers went to the town in search of the mystery of what happened and mysterious abandoned mineshafts outside on the streets. They went inside of them, where they were attacked by an instance of 049-3. The three teenagers were recording a live stream, which was eventually taken down, however copies are still being uploaded. The RSCP Foundation decided to take advantage of the mass uploading of livestream copies by taking them down, administering amnestics on them, and reuploading them. The three teenagers were eventually arrested, one of whom decided to attack a Foundation guard who was demoted to D-Class.
Addendum
The body of a deceased 46 year old Robloxian was investigated, and it seems that the parasites can infect deceased Lua animals.
