The Kyleman Ross Prison Institution (latin: Carcer Kyleman Ross) is a private, bloxian-operated, bloxanadian-based detention institution that runs a prison complex of the same name located in Bloxanada, constructed down the side of a cliff near the Reouflet Sea.
The complex is known to be heavily guarded. Aside from the institution being a maximum-security prison, it also has its own military forces. Guards are armed with a variety of weapons, from handguns to experimental weaponary. In addition, unlike most prisons, the insitution possesses a vast amount of military-grade vehicles and weapons such as tanks, SUVs, Shotguns, HMGs, Assault Rifles and rocket launchers, mostly manufactured by Bloxia Kingdom, Robloxia, or the Tovokian Federation. Almost all guards also wear a cap, beret or a ushanka with the Kyleman Ross Prison Security insignia on it.
On the outside; they are a prison institution that specialize in major prisoners. But behind closed doors; they are actually a hidden blacksite institution used by the Global Furry Agency to contain criminals and personnel of the Anti-Furry Coalition.
Layout
There are a total of two buildings and 24 floors in total (excluding the roof).
Center
- A Courtyard is located, where prisoners may spend some outside time during free-time. Wire Fences are replaced with Mesh to made inmates unable to climb without any usages of climbing items (which are contraband)
- A Light Vehicle Garage is located near the North building booking entrance
- An armory is located underneath the prison insitution, connecting to the North and South buildings through a tunnel between the two.
North
- There is a helipad at the roof of the north building, used by several Kyleman Ross transport members to land their helicopters to transport goods/equipment/personnel/inmates. It was also used by an escape pilot when helping Blake Ericson to escape in Volume 6 of the Anti-Furry Series.
- The cafeteria is located on the 8th floor, according to one of the guards. This is the location where Blake escapes to an VTOL whilst escaping with the Broker-6 (in which would lead to his death due to their sudden betrayal) and coordinates to be picked up by an Anti-Furry implanted Robloxian Pilot on the helipad. On the side there is a fire exit. There is noted to have lots of tables where the guards eat, it is unknown where the inmates eat the food. However, it is possible that the inmates get their food delivered to their cells.
- A small office is also located on the 8th floor.
- A fire escape is located on the outside of the building. That leads to the helipad.
- At the base of the cliff-side building is a small dock where the GAF Ross and a Dinghy are moored.
- A smaller prison block for maximum security is located at the 13st floor facing the courtyard. The inside of one of these cells is seen if Blake surrenders.
- Another section in the maximum security block contains inmates whom were kept in padded cells to avoid harm to staffs or themselves.
- A waiting room for inmates is located on the 16th floor.
- A storage facility is located on the 17th floor.
- There is a medical center at the 21st floor; where local physicians and medics are there to treat inmates.
- A execution room is located at the 19th floor. Commonly used execution is mind reprogramming or psycological warfare (which would result in them committing suicide)
- Cells with button-powered opening doors are located at an unnamed floor. The cells also have large glass windows overlooking the docks.
- Interrogation Sectors are located at Floor 15
South
- From Floor 2 to 5 contains an imprisonment center, where (of some unnamed reason) defectors of the agency and the institution is imprisoned.
- Interrogation Sectors are located at Floor 1
History
Established over five decades from the present and ran by Prison Director Jason Moit and Warden Bryson Ross, the prison holds some of the world's most cunning and notorious criminals and has independent guards, whom are mostly Bloxians or Robloxians. Following Blake Ericson's crimes and conflicting reports, Bryson Ross and Jason Moit agree to lock him up at Institution.
Armament
Weapons
The members of the institution are equipped with a variety of different vehicles and weapons to achieve their goals.
The guards of the institution mainly are equipped with Glock 34 pistols and HK417 rifles. Some guards are also equipped with M4A1 with canister launchers and Tactical Shotguns. The canister launchers in the second latter are to only be used during riots and are to be equipped with tear gas rounds only.
Strangely, the institution also is equipped with SAM launchers, AA turrets, and an Enhanced Radar Detection center in their armament.
Vehicles
The institution owns a wide variety of vehicles: Motorcycles, an unnamed freight ship (codenamed GAF Ross) and a Dinghy for transportation; APC, Humvees, Jeeps for capturing escaped inmates. A chopper used to transport certain equipment, personnel, etc, Bryson Ross also owns a private vehicle himself.
Trivia
- According to a map in an operations office confirmed that the Kyleman Ross Prison Institution is located in Bloxanada. It was also specifically mentioned by Jack Willmen as being on the north west[1], where it is closer to Tovokia.
- With this, the institution may be located in the Bloxanada territory of Rukan. Considering that an Reouflet Sea is visible, it may be located in northwest Rukan, where the sea is located.
- Despite the institution being in Bloxanada, many of the insitution employees are from Bloxia Kingdom or the United States of Robloxia.
- Many of the Prison Administration refused to disclose why was Blake is imprisoned at the insitution. It is, however, likely due to the fact that, despite Blake being legal to operate as a combatant by the Robloxian Government, the Bloxanadian Government, the government in which the insitution is affiliated with, still views him as a terrorist.
- The institution may be affiliated in some way with the Government of Bloxanada, as Ross and Moit refer to the United States of Robloxia as "some other government".
- The morality of the institution is questionable. Although they appear to be on the side of the law and the Bloxadian government, they will resort to all methods of defense against unknown factions.
- In an unnamed incident; two air-defense personnel (Kerdrew Johensen and Alex Kempter) don't hesitate to attack and kill an unnamed pilot for the Robloxian Government (who in-turn entered the restricted airspace of Bloxanada) from helping Blake to escape.
- Most of the prisoners were anti-furries (specifically Anti-Furry Coalition members) whom conspires to commit acts of terrorism, which in the laws of Bloxanada requires them to be imprisoned in a standard prison.
- For some unnamed reasons; inmates with terminal diseases/illness are terminated immediately by institution staff.
