Karl Bloxy (Born October 10, 1949) is widely known in the Madison County for being the chairman of Brookhaven from 1974 to 1977 and chairman of Havenford from 1985 to 2004, making him the longest elected chairman of the Madison County. He had also helped develop Havenford as he also studied architecture earlier. He had planned a lot of buildings. Even in a few villages he had planned a few properties and estates making him a quite significant robloxian of the county. He has two sons who are named Terry Bloxy, he is the current chairman of Havenford and his other son is Ron Green Bloxy. Karl had also been named after the farm made by his great-great grandfather, the Karl Farm.

Karl was born on October 10, 1949 in Havenford, his parents were Kingston Bloxy Green, and Mary Roberts. His father also remained a quite famous person in the Madison County who use to own the huge farmlands and some other properties. All the properties by his father are now owned by Karl since his King stone’s death in 1984. His also use to be an architect too and developed his own neighborhood’s streets and a few areas. Both him and his father had contributed with the Madison County Development Agency, his father had contributed back in 1944 and Karl did in 1990. Karl had also contributed with the artist and comedian, famous Edwin Green for a song, called ‘Green Comedic Shoes’ once in 1975.
