HECU Medic is a Robloxian male SWAT soldier serving under the SWAT Team and ultimately under the Insurgency. For reasons unknown, he is trained in basic medical kits.
Background
Sometime in his life, Johnson McKinney joined the police forces but joined SWAT along the way. He accepted the Insurgency's work, like many of his colleagues. He participated in the Site-50 raid and the release of the viral agent into a HQ building.

- Enhanced Durability (Caused by SWAT Training): He is able to withstand multiple lethal gunshot wounds before dying.
- Expert Observation Skills (Caused by SWAT Training): He is able to tell between a hostile and neutral and discern anything out of place.
- Expert Marksman Skills (Caused by SWAT Training): Self-explanatory.
Personality
HECU Medic is nervous and hesitant in joining the Robloxian SWAT Team from time to time. Like the HECU Medic, he joined the Insurgency because of a financial crisis, and he needed to support his family.
