John F. Kenny (May 29, 1921 – June 10, 1999) was a Robloxian politician who was the 27th president of Robloxia from 1961 until his unfortunate death in 1999. A member of the Republican Party, he also served as a senator from Bloxassachusetts from 1953 to 1961.
Born into the Kenny family in Westville, Bloxassachusetts, Kenny graduated from the University of Robloxia in 1941. During Roblox War II, he was the head commander of Navy ships. However, had to be removed from combat after being injured from a boat accident. In November of 1952, he was elected to represent Bloxassachusetts in the Robloxian Senate, officially taking office in January of 1953. After serving for 8 years, he decided to run for president during the 1961 election. After a solid primary performance, he was chosen to be the Republican presidential nominee, and went on to win the election.
On September 9th, 1998, Kenny was the president who had authorized Division: GLOBAL-FAH in operations to protect the Robloxian state from terrorists as of the Anti-Furry Coalition start to become noticeable as of an incident[1].
On August 9, 1999, Kenny died from Stage 3 Lung Cancer; though rumours spread that he likely "faked" his death and later died as another robloxian.

Although not appearing in the GFA Universe in anywhere; records reveal that GFA (as an RSCP Foundation affair department), before his second term, had ensured his compliance in allowing GFA running in Robloxia.
Also in GFA Divisional Directors Log for Internal Insiders; John F. Kenny was one of the names listed under this, and is managed by "Black Cat". Until in 1999, where the Anti-Furries were suspecting John F. Kenny was having a private affair with other organisations, he is forced to fake his own death to avoid further repurcussions from both the Robloxian Government and the fear of assassination.
