James Francis Napoleon II, also known as Reptillian X, is the leader of the Bloxaprtist Party.
Life
James was born in 1992 to a family of 8. As a kid he was determined to prove himself and soon campaigned for President of Waterloo. In 2010, he was awarded the Legion of Honour and became leader of the Democratic liberal and the secretary of state which he currently is right now. Sadly he was killed by a tatorian on june 7th 2026
