General Ivan Alekseyevich Turganchuk (Russian: Иван Алексеевич Турганчук, born August 22nd, 1972) is a Russian opposition figure and four-star general of the Armed Forces of Ukraine within the XNDUIW community, considering that he is a member of the military opposition himself.
