Special Containment Procedure(temporary)

Item Asylum has been seized by the RSCP and numbered 0004. Personnel will not be able to access RSCP-0004 without presenting some form of valid personnel authorization.

All entrances to the Item Asylum will be monitored at all times by RSCP Foundation personnel, who will ask personnel to present valid personnel authorization, then give a key card that when swiped, automatically unlocks and opens up the entrance. After the Robloxian walks to the entrance, the entrance will be closed and locked. If RSCP Foundation personnel let unauthorized personnel enter the Item Asylum (intentionally or unintentionally), the personnel who granted the unauthorized personnel entry to the Item Asylum will be detained and debriefed.

The RSCP-0004 pool will be closed as long as possible to prevent personnel from being affected from its cognitohazard. If it shows up in a button as a option for a map, all RSCP-004 on-site personnel are encouraged to avoid voting for the pool to prevent personnel from being speedily terminated.

Robloxians exiting Item Asylum are to be detained and then debriefed.

Any other entities exiting Item Asylum are to be terminated.

Item Asylum is a store in Robloxia. Upon entering the store named "Item Asylum", they will be instantly teleported to RSCP-0004-1.

RSCP-004-1 is complete chaos. People have been trapped in this large retail unit store for about 2 years. Any normal item brought in except clothing, glasses, and shoes will be turned into something impossible. The retail store is even larger than the retail unit itself. It appears that there are no visible terminating doors that lead to the external surface of the store. Analyses were only done for the first █ km² with still no non-emergency visible terminating door in sight, leading to the idea that RSCP-004-1 could not be finitely confined.

The RSCP-004-1 had 3 visitors prior to the special containment procedure. One user named itz_georgie brought his fake shotgun with his little sister ii_Anna who brough white headphones to listen to music. The shotgun and white headphones turned into the "airpod shotty" meme. When a man brought a Double Barrel shotgun with a chicken leg, it turned into a chicken leg launcher. When a bible and tape recorder was put in the store, it became a normal bible. However, upon pointing at an object, it will form lightning. Those users were immediately embroiled to fight each other using their crafted weapons. Crafted weapons magically appeared upon completion of crafting.

RSCP-004-1 has a quick day-night cycle, about 500 seconds. Analyses revealed that during night, 3 buttons will appear telling every entity to vote democratically for a map. The night has arbitrary length and is dependent on how long the voting lasts.

Analyses revealed that there are visible terminating doors devoted solely for emergencies, but analyses revealed that it would lead to a normal empty storage room and not the exit.

Incident 004-1: In the year 202█, RSCP-004-1 members were locked on a major conflict. One member devoted their entire life writing about the conflict. On May 1, 2022, the member said that the major conflict among Robloxians has been resolved into a unifying force. The member said: "But at what cost?", as a new conflict has emerged out of the surface, namely Boss entities.

Tests

A total of 20 tests were conducted on this contained facility, unknown to the citizens who have been locked out of RSCP-004-1 and RSCP-004 in general due to themselves unable to evacuate the facility. It took 3 tests to determine the explanation, though 17 more enforcing assessments were used to verify the explanation. In the end of the tests, it was concluded that the pre-explanation was genuine and henceforth prompted RSCP to immediately downgrade the Object Class from Euclid to Safe.

• A kitchen knife with tomato sauce with a temporary tattoo was put on the knife. When put in RSCP-004-1, it became a knife that was very strong and emitted red smoke. It played a tune₁ and the person who held it was twitching. This person would later have a cyan-colored eye. A reference to Undertale, apparently. It is believed that this knife is RSCP-011.
• A grenade with a pistol was put in RSCP-004-1. It became a chinalake with slow reload.
• When a green gummy bear was placed inside RSCP-004-1, it became a slightly bigger green gummy bear. Upon being placed on a table, it started to vocalize, saying a highly distorted phrase₂. After the RSCP turned down the volume by 100 decibels to see what could be potentially distorted, it said "Look for the gummy bear album in stores November 13th for music, videos, and extras.". The bigger green gummy bear then sang a heavily distorted song explaining how he is a gummy bear and then partied hard. ₃
• When a duck was placed in RSCP-004-1, he asked everyone in the facility ( the duck thought it was a lemonade stand ) had any grapes. Upon denial, the duck waddled away and was never seen again until the very next 500 second period. ₄
• When a smaller toddler shark was placed in RSCP-004-1, the baby shark immediately began to sang a song aimed for younger children, well known for its syllabic repetitions interleaved with sensical English verses. Ironically, it was popular with RSCP-004-1.₅
• When a fox was placed in RSCP-004-1, the fox started to act silent, but occasionally said distorted excerpts of a popular song.₆
• When a taco was placed in RSCP-004-1, the entire place would rain tacos while a distorted version of a popular song would play in the background. Strangely, whenever a food item is mentioned in the song, rain would temporarily turn to the food item mentioned before returning to normal rain. Taco Bot ████s would usually acquire taco shells and create tacos with extra cheese.₇
• When a monkey was placed in RSCP-004-1, the monkey would dance.₈
• When a doll franchised as Barbie was placed in RSCP-004-1, if the Barbie is a female one, the Barbie doll will start singing in a similar fashion to the gummy bear.₉
• When a wing made out of chicken was placed in RSCP-004-1, a song devoted solely to the chicken wing would start playing.₁₀
• When a large container filled with water was placed in RSCP-004-1, a song devoted to having fun in the tub would start playing. It is known that a sudden materialization of a coconut and a melon would also occur in the bathtub. ₁₁
• When a lion was placed in RSCP-004-1, it would usually fall to a hibernation state when players are voting while a tune. ₁₂
• When a whip was placed in RSCP-004-1, it would usually supersonically whip players and a tune would play. For each mention of the word "whip" in the tune, the whip would whip a player. ₁₃
• When a cat and a toiletry were placed in RSCP-004-1, the cat would usually trigger the principal function of the toiletry. ₁₄
• When a farming hoe was placed in RSCP-004-1, it would attempt to dig up the place, albeit not intelligently. ₁₅
• When a sphere formerly used for wrecking was placed in RSCP-004-1, it would usually incessantly destroy the place, but before destroying, a popular lyric line can be heard. ₁₆
• When a toddler was placed in RSCP-004-1, it would usually sing a controversial song, well known for exuding cringe. ₁₇
• When hamsters were placed in RSCP-004-1, it would usually dance. ₁₈
• When a jean was placed in RSCP-004-1, it would usually dance to a well known popular tune. ₁₉
• When a snake was placed in RSCP-004-1, it would usually slither to a well known popular tune. ₂₀

Conclusion?

It appears that RSCP-004-1 would attempt to create musical events based on popular Robloxian culture. As a result of this explanation, RSCP downgraded the Object Class from Euclid to Safe, meaning that users could once again enter the facility. A E was added, meaning that the RSCP was fully explained.

Addendum

On May 1, 2022, Foundation personnel were told that there exist entities that are stronger than the entities previously described in the facility from Robloxians who exited the facility who were the friends (formerly bullies) of the member who wrote a diary journal, and that the abstract concepts of friendship and teamwork among Robloxians exist in the facility now. This caused the Foundation personnel, under the discretion and granted permission of R5-██, to upgrade the Object Class to Euclid and to close off the facility to the public once again. Most of the phenomena occurring natively in the facility can still be justified scientifically, with few phenomena having no logical scientific justification as violations of fundamental laws of physics and the fundamental axioms of mathematics started to surface. Even mathematical and physical constants thought to be constant started to show signs of volatilely rapid fluctuation, as light started to decelerate and accelerate, and the objects started to attract and repel. Some of the anomalous effects of those violations can even be felt outside of the facility, unable to be terminated by RSCP Foundation. Because of this, the E was removed by R5-██, and a potential discussion of an Apollyon rating for the facility as a whole is in session. Some Robloxians believed that the effects of RSCP-0004 has caused some of the worst Robloxian disasters in 2022 to materialize, while others believed that those disasters were caused by another source. The general consensus is unknown as the discussion is still in session as of the present moment.

On August 30th, 2022, scientists who were researching discovered that tests conducted could be not only sentient, but violent. Violent instances were catalogued as RSCP-004-2. The first instance of RSCP-004-2 was created when a shotgun and Airpods were bought to the store and turned into Airpod Shotty.

Here are a few violent RSCP-004-2 instances that were created, and the things needed to create them:

• Double barrel shotgun + Chicken = Chicken leg launcher
• A grenade x 5 = Nuclear Bomb
• A grenade x 20 = Larger nuclear bomb/Tsar Bomba
• A sniper rifle + "Packed" gunpowder, and lighter fluid = "amurica" (A 50 stud (14 meters) long sniper rifle)
• A bible or any religious book or old book + a tape recorder = a normal bible, but it can shoot lightning and also plays Christian music.

Addendum 2:

On 2021 or 2022 (exact date is unknown), RSCP Foundation personnel were informed that there exists a pool in the facility. The pool is a cognitohazard in a sense that upon sight of the pool, entities in one team would immediately would begin killing other entities belonging to the opposing team using RSCP-004-2 instances. The average time an entity lasts on RSCP-004 is usually less than 86.4 seconds. Notable entities used in the pool include a birch tree and a nut ranged weapon. During a notable battle in the facility, 179 entities were terminated, 156 from one side and 23 from the other.

Addendum 3:

When a cup of juice is placed on RSCP-004-1, it turns to a cup of juice, but the contents of the said cup will turn into anomalous juice. This anomalous drink has been used as a weapon on RSCP-004-1 to explode Robloxian heads into a fine red mist with 90% accuracy by splashing it to a subject's face, but instances of the drink have been stolen by AFC hitmen without it being subject to termination before it was stolen by the GFAH, where it was used to secretly assassinate the leaders of the remnants of the disbanded Anti Furry Coalition.

Those subject to RSCP-004-1 will feel a slight tingling sensation and a ringing in their ears, before their nose starts to bleed and eyes start to enlarge before their head explodes loudly. Reports of the explosion have likened the sound to a shotgun. However, if it does not explode the Robloxian, the nose bleed will stop but the Robloxian will experience a hangover tomorrow.
