History:
Built in 1956, the bridge would be built after a major tractor company moved into the city. It was named for the vice president of the company. It would be shortened in 2005 to make room for ramps and would be redone in 2020 after a grant given to the state to fix the bridge. It would be given lights that would be set for the holidays.
