Special Containment Procedures:
RSCP-073 is currently housed of its own will in an unfurnished 20m (71.4 studs) x 25m (89.3 studs) x 8m (28.6 studs) secret facility owned by the RSCP Foundation at Site-██, the entrance to which is sealed by two 25cm (0.893 studs) metal blast doors on either side of an airlock. No personnel are to enter RSCP-073's containment cell except under controlled testing circumstances or with authorization from a staff member of level 4 clearance or higher and a deletion of all administrator commands which have been used to specially contain it. Standard positive-action defenses (explosive, chemical, biological, and memetic) are to be in place at all times, according to standard operating procedure.
Due to RSCP-073's supernatural nature, a reliable security measure in case of a containment breach has been developed. In the event of such a breach, all personnel should refer to Plan Alpha-Alpha-Administrator-Abuse.
The full documentation of RSCP-073 is only limited to staff members of R5; if another organization other than the RSCP Foundation or an RSCP Foundation member who is not a staff member of R5 requests to research about RSCP-073, their request will only be limited to this document.
Through use of a mobile remotely operated device immune from the effects of RSCP-073, RSCP-073 is to be provided with an ordinary pluggable USB█ transfer cable, which on the other end of the USB█ transfer cable, is a device with a hard drive which contains test administrator commands (which actually do nothing). The transfer cable's average transfer rate (calculated by dividing the file size of all the files transferred to RSCP-073 in a twelve-hour period by 12 hours) must be kept at least 0.1667 megabytes per hour. Should this criterion not be met, RSCP-073's transfer cable will be unplugged, and any necessary troubleshooting steps will be performed on the cable as an attempt to increase its transfer rate, including, but not limited to, replacing of the transfer cable as a whole (if RSCP Foundation established transfer cable troubleshooting protocols have been attempted at least once and yet the transfer cable still does not meet this criterion). The data kept on RSCP-073 must contain all spreadsheet files with "administration commands" in one column and "verbal components" in another, and RSCP-073's administration commands should have a unique verbal component correlated with it; no two administration commands should have the same verbal component. Those spreadsheet files are hereafter referred to as "valid spreadsheets" in this document. Should one file be detected as not a valid spreadsheet, it is to be deleted under RSCP Foundation established file deletion protocols. A careful record of all administration commands and their respective verbal components provided to RSCP-073 must be kept, as well as a record of all reads, writes, and executes to RSCP-073.
Description
RSCP-073 is a hyper-energized sphere containing several different administration commands. RSCP-073 is claimed to have the power to manipulate matter and can create anything the user desires. The full documentation of RSCP-073 is claimed to have 29.7 yottabytes and is consisted entirely of valid spreadsheets. Robloxians can equip RSCP-073, and after 30 seconds to 5 minutes and the verification that he or she is still holding the orb, say a verbal component, which will cause matter to be manipulated and/or created. There are thousands upon thousands of different valid verbal components, each corresponding to a specific and certain matter manipulation or creation. RSCP-073 has been designed and created by RSCP-060-1, who has also worked on other superweapons for Robloxia, such as RSCP-060.
Despite its ability to emit hyper-large amounts of energy, RSCP-073 emits no heat. It does not appear to be composed of any form of matter, which has led artists to create renditions of RSCP-073 and is able to pass through material barriers effortlessly.
Information obtained from RSCP-073 itself appears to corroborate the notion of it containing administration commands. Furthermore, RSCP-073 appears to derive sustenance from executes, as it makes sounds depending on if an execute is successful.

It is capable of 'feeding' off a large number of different sources. In all observed instances, those different sources all have a USB█ port in them and at least one hard drive. RSCP-073 also has a USB█ port. If a transfer cable is plugged in to RSCP-073's USB█ port in one end and the same transfer cable is plugged in to the source's USB port, RSCP-073 will first scan the hard drives of the source for any valid spreadsheets, then will transfer the contents of the valid spreadsheets to RSCP-073. This process does not appear to affect its sources in any way besides the resulting hard drives having no more valid spreadsheets.
RSCP-073 is sapient, apparently self-aware of its administrator commands and verbal components it has gained and lost over its existence, and it is capable with intelligent, albeit limited, communication. RSCP-073 accomplishes this by producing a tone through an unknown mechanism every time a Robloxian executes a command while equipping RSCP-073. All personnel of level 2 or above assigned to RSCP-073 are required to distinguish between the two possible tones RSCP-073 produces.
If another sapient individual enters RSCP-073's containment cell and equips RSCP-073, RSCP-073 will cause generalized tonic epileptic seizures for a period of 30 seconds to 5 minutes on the Robloxian, after which, if the individual still equips the orb, they will not fall to a coma and die, but can speak verbal components and the orb will manipulate and create matter accordingly. EEG monitoring of affected individuals during this process has shown a massive increase in activity of all brainwaves, particularly gamma and beta-type waves. It is presently theorized that this is the result of RSCP-073 attempting to transfer all the information it has gathered to the Robloxian through an unknown process, despite the normal Robloxian brain being unable to sustain the stress of such a procedure.
RSCP-073 was discovered by the Foundation on ██/██/████ in ██████, Ro-France, after Robloxians who were not acknowledged as official government members started to have powers that government members normally would have. The rash of reports of matter being created and manipulated, as well as Robloxians experiencing seizures were brought to the RSCP Foundation's attention. Personnel subsequently managed to find a way to equip RSCP-073 without them experiencing the side effects of RSCP-073. They used this method to equip it and transport it to a transport vehicle and transfer it to its current secret facility. Once its supernatural nature was discovered, work on RSCP-073's special containment procedures commenced.
Addendum 073-0: Extra Information
RSCP-073 is created in [data expunged] around May to November of 1961. The exact date of creation is [data expunged].
Only six Robloxians have ever seen RSCP-073 prior to it being sent to a special containment secret facility and registered into the RSCP Foundation after testing determined that the subject should receive RSCP classification: chikorita152e, AmigoVilla2002, emelard_master, RSCP-060-1, [data expunged], and [data expunged].
Addendum 073-1: Latest Communication Test
Communication with RSCP-073 was last tested on ██/██/████ when Drs. ████████ and ██████ were authorized by R5-██. The protocol for deleting test administration commands from RSCP-073 was performed by the staff member who authorized the personnel was successful. The communication was transcribed onto normal writing paper and left in RSCP-073's containment chamber. An excerpt from RSCP-073's latest Communication Test follows, conducted from a secured monitoring room over microphone. RSCP-073 is capable of understanding normal Robloxian speech, but each sentence has to start with the word "semicolon", followed by the verbal component, and thus Dr. ████████'s commentary has a lot of "semicolons" followed by a lot of verbal components, or it will make a tone indicating that the execute was not successful.

At this point, R5-██ halted the test due to the light property damage done to RSCP-073's containment chamber and refused Dr. ████████'s requests to further test RSCP-073.

"███ Warning for Subject █-████, also known as Dr. ████████. Dr. ████████ has demonstrated extraordinarily complete defiance of even the most powerful of RSCP Foundation staff members and authority. Dr. ████████ has an uncanny ability to create hazards with RSCP-073, almost as if it has performed these impossible tasks several times before. A sting operation targeting Dr. ████████ has been commenced to determine whether the subject should receive RSCP termination."
