Special Containment Procedures
The RSCP:F is to make propaganda about buses similar to RSCP-086-1, to prevent more victims from being trapped on it. RSCP-086-2 is still being investigated, and the Foundation has yet to find where the physical location of RSCP-086-2 is. Due to the Foundation not having time to contain RSCP-086-1 and considering the amount of Robloxians who ride the bus daily, Keter has been put as 086-1's class because of its difficulty to contain and disruptiveness.
Description
Provisionary Site-12 (RSCP-086-1)
RSCP-086-1 is a 3 story, typically dark blue, Robloxian bus that does not have a license plate that can seat up to 30 Robloxians. Its third floor is "open" and does not have walls or a proper ceiling installed. RSCP-086-1 also has a ladder, stairs, and a bathroom. It is believed that RSCP-086-1 is sentient because it does not require a driver to drive. As a matter of fact, it never stops driving and rarely stops to pick up passengers. Upon entering RSCP-086-1 by waiting at a bus stop (RSCP-086-1 is not limited to any bus stops, and sometimes even appears outside of the Robloxian borders), 086-1 will close its doors and drive. When it drives, it enters a dimension or teleports to a location referred to as RSCP-086-2. RSCP-086-2 is a seemingly infinite highway, similar to RSCP-000. Unlike RSCP-000, the highway occasionally has cars and other vehicles driving. However even these vehicles do not have drivers.
RSCP-086-1 has been shown to have an infrastructural weakness located at the windows, though the Foundation has been ignoring it for a more destructive approach.
RSCP-086-2 is an endless expanse of highway as previously mentioned. However, an odd thing that has been noted by cameras and communication between subjects and bus operators is that it seems as if RSCP-086-2 is a conveyor belt moving backwards, and RSCP-086-1 is not actually moving. Attempting to jump off RSCP-086-1 will normally result in death. However, a body camera installed shows that RSCP-086-2 is moving away from RSCP-086-1. It is believed that RSCP-086-2 is also an alternate dimension as it has the ability to break Robloxian physics. However, it is also believed that RSCP-086-2 could be a side effect of traveling on RSCP-086-1 for any arbitrary duration.
RSCP-086-1 was initially classified as Safe because at first glance, it looked like a vehicle that can be destroyed, effectively neutralizing it, or contained. However, closer glances revealed that RSCP-086-1 has no apparent fuel source nor driver, sparking fears of a containment breach involving RSCP-086-1 and promoting it from Safe to Keter. Not only this, but attempts that would do damage on ordinary busses due to RSCP-086-1 spending most of its time in RSCP-086-2 and all attempts taking more than a minute to perform. It is thus the ultimate goal of the MTF members assigned to RSCP-086-1 to find a way to disable RSCP-086-1's teleportation abilities in a minute or less or destroy it in a minute or less, the former of which, if successful, would allow a regular destruction attempt to be performed without fear of teleportation or containment breach. The reason for the time limit of a minute is because RSCP-086-1 only stops for a minute, and would teleport to RSCP-086-2 after. Eleven incidents have occurred on RSCP-086 since its inception.
Incidents:
Incident 1: The Flashing Lights Incident
On an unknown date, presumably after July 14, 2018, when RSCP-086-1 started to operate, one Robloxian saw flashing lights at RSCP-086-2. He then got epilepsy and started to kick the windows. When the flashing lights ended, the windows suddenly broke, and his epilepsy recovered. 086-1 in response to this stopped for a prolonged duration of time (relative to the normal minute-long period), only for some Robloxian to put a sign warning visitors that if they do not like flashing lights to avoid entering the bus.
Incident 2: The Copyrighted Music Incident
On an unknown date, presumably after July 14, 2018, when RSCP-086-1 started to operate, one Robloxian uploaded a video depicting RSCP-086-2 to Bloxtube. That video had been removed by Bloxtube moderators due to copyright infringement.
086-1 in response to this stopped for a prolonged duration of time (relative to the normal minute-long period), only for some Robloxian to put a sign warning Bloxtubers to remove any sounds when uploading the video to Bloxtube.
Incident 3: The Fake Shirt Incident
On an unknown date, presumably after July 14, 2018, when RSCP-086-1 started to operate, one Robloxian acted like an T-shirt advertiser, advertising T-shirts that he claimed were related to RSCP-086-1. However, little did unsuspecting victims know that he was a for-profit Robloxian, and he earned at least R$150 from that bus alone, which he spent to his extent to buy some permits on the bus and did not give any refunds to the customers. He was later kicked out of the bus, only breaking one window. The Foundation personnel, learning about this incident, initially believed this was isolated and "cannot happen to 086-1".
086-1 in response to this stopped for a prolonged duration of time (relative to the normal minute-long period), only for some Robloxian to put a sign warning Robloxians to be wary of fake shirt sellers promoting anything other than RSCP-086-1. The Foundation has found the Robloxian and took all profits made from the T-Shirt and used them to fund future research on ways to destroy 086-1 or disable its teleportation abilities.
Incident 4: The Foreign Language Incident
On an unknown date, presumably after July 14, 2018, when RSCP-086-1 started to operate, one Robloxian spoke Bloxish in the bus. 15 Robloxians on the bus said, "We do not serve tacos. Wish I can kick a taco.", while 14 Robloxians said, "We pardoned the taco.". The bus then entered a conflict, with the right side of the bus treating the Bloxican immigrant like he was a literal taco, and the left side treating him nicely. Soon, the Robloxian spoke English, saying that he belonged to the Independent Party of Robloxia, and everyone apologized for their actions. However, he said that the apologies did not crack his shell, and suddenly, everybody was kicked out of the bus, breaking its windows. Foundation personnel still did not believe breaking windows would solve the RSCP-086-1 problem, so it was abandoned.
086-1 in response to this stopped for a prolonged duration of time (relative to the normal minute-long period), only for some Robloxian to put a sign telling Robloxians that they can always ask for a translation in their home language, and not perform xenophobic sins on the bus.
Incident 5: The Coloration Incident
On an unknown date, presumably after July 14, 2018, when RSCP-086-1 started to operate, RSCP-086-1 witnessed multiple color changes while on its journey in RSCP-086-2. The bus, and Robloxian RoRods worn on the bus changed into various colors resembling commonly used brick colors in Robloxia. A conversation recorded by a witness on RSCP-086-1 said that everybody was screaming "color this, color that" It is likely that the abuse of the coloration feature has led to Incident 1, in which the bus and RoRods changed colors at a rapid pace exceeding 12 hertz, which scientists all concur is the onset stage of epilepsy for most Robloxians.
Incident 6: The Sitting Incident
On an unknown date, presumably after July 14, 2018, when RSCP-086-1 started to operate, RSCP-086-1 witnessed passengers behaving weirdly when sitting on the bus. "They did not appear to be sitting, but rather emoting while sitting, which is blursed. Also, they screamed anim this and anim that", said one witness. Typically, Robloxians can emote while standing, so emoting while sitting is considered an erratic behavior. Despite this, the RSCP Foundation has classified this as "normal behavior".
Incident 7: The Cmd Abuse Incident
On an unknown date, presumably after July 14, 2018, when RSCP-086-1 started to operate, RSCP-086-1 witnessed passengers behaving weirdly. It turns out that the driver abused his powers for fun, which made Robloxians suspicious that the driver was abusing his power. The driver is formerly designated as RSCP-086-3 and is described as "having the power to manipulate matter", before containment breaching by destroying his special containment site using his command prompt of which the Foundation failed to install special containment procedures on. The RSCP Foundation has let him go after receiving a lawsuit from his family, with the catchy title: "My Son is lost to the Foundation". He still continues to wreak abusive havoc today, but now the bus operator has permanently assigned him and future drivers a tax of R$100 per month that must be paid in order to repeat his incidents.
Incident 8: The Colored Heart Incident
On an unknown date, presumably after July 14, 2018, when RSCP-086-1 started to operate, Foundation personnel found a dead body laying dead near a major city's bus station in Robloxia. An autopsy was performed, where it was revealed that RSCP-086-1's heart was of a different color than a Robloxian's. The heart has been described as being colored yellow. An eyewitness said that he shouted "setheart yellow" prior to this, confirming that the bus does allow Robloxians to change their heart color.
Incident 9: The Irksome Citrus Incident
On an unknown date, presumably after July 14, 2018, when RSCP-086-1 started to operate, RSCP-086-1's driver abused the announcement system. While he did not say anything bad in general, Robloxians said that he was irksome as a citrus and eventually, was kicked off the bus for being a negligent bus operator by the bus operation staff. Obviously, the bus kept on rolling. A Robloxian who witnessed this said that "he was blasting freshly squeezed comedy at everyone's faces using the bus announcement system, which made everybody laugh at first before everyone became more and more upset, eventually calling for the bus operating staff to arrive and kick him". When the driver recovered from the incident, he said, "I am not irksome. I am not a citrus. I am a Robloxian!" in front of the bus, then proceeding to laugh and walk away like nothing happened.
Incident 10: The Simon Says Incident
On an unknown date, presumably after July 14, 2018, when RSCP-086-1 started to operate, one Robloxian in RSCP-086-1 played a game of Simon Says. It was a normal game until the host said "Simon Says text your mom". The driver also played the game, unbeknownst to the host, which caused him to text his mom. However, texting and driving do not mix that well, and the bus later veered and drifted to the right, where it hit something in RSCP-086-2. It was revealed that it was a sign in the real Roblox world, and the bus driver, angry that he got injured, decided to kick everybody off the bus. Later, house rules were developed on Simon Says, such as "if the driver plays, do not play Simon Says". The driver was sent to an anger management class because he was not supposed to be angry and refused to pay his fine. He could have said, "I will not play your game.", and ignore everything. RSCP-086-1 was later discovered by the Foundation to be relatively intact condition aside from the broken windows, showing that not even a normal collision can damage RSCP-086-1's infrastructure.
Incident 11: Mysterious Phenomena
On an unknown date, presumably after July 14, 2018, when RSCP-086-1 started to operate, mysterious phenomena began to appear on both RSCP instances. First, there was the existence of an entity named Beter, who the bus hit. Beter then said, "Yes ROBLOXIAN from Bus Simulator?". Shortly after, a Red Cola was found on the bus's cooler. A Robloxian drank the Red Cola and [data expunged]. All of sudden, everyone in the bus thanked the bus driver. Shortly after, a 1M Cola was found on the bus's cooler. All of sudden, the bus driver said, "Dang, I'm so super rich that I am a private bus owner." A mysterious door then opened in RSCP-086-1, leading Robloxians to [data expunged]. Robloxians near the door witnessed time dilation inconsistent with relativistic means, causing some Robloxians to say that they have sat on the bus for 1 hour, 12 hours, and even 24 hours (the last of which actually fell asleep and woke up 8 hours later by the Foundation personnel requesting an interview). The bus driver was also impacted, saying that he drove for 200 hours and most likely broke the record for the longest time anyone has ever driven RSCP-086-1. One Robloxian even exited the door, calling himself Santa Frauds before he passed away. An ice cream truck also pulled over and gave popsicles to Robloxians nearby, with the last Robloxian getting a rare popsicle in the shop, then proceeded to lick it for its sweetness, causing everyone in the bus to be disturbed until the popsicle was finally consumed. Some Robloxians disguised themselves as pizza deliverers and snuck outside of the bus, which was successful. Eventually, a Robloxian gave gifts to twenty Robloxians. A cave-dwelling wolf also exited the door and was adopted by the Robloxians on the bus before asking the wolf if the wolf has a plan on how to escape the bus. Some students went inside the bus from the door. Finally, RSCP-086-1 stopped operating.
