How it would play out:
Robloxia government announced that all Robloxian areas must be tolled at a price of 25 ROBUX per visit. This resulted in Robloxians not able to visit any areas and mass emigrations to Minecraftia. Fortunately, private-owned areas are not tolled.
The richest Robloxians decide to sacrifice 10-4% of their ROBUX to give everyone in Robloxia 1,000 ROBUX. However, the government intervenes with this distribution by exiling the rich. After exiling all rich Robloxians, Robloxia decides to increase the minimum toll to 50 ROBUX.
Bankrupt Robloxians that spent 10,000 hours visiting the nation's areas can not visit any publicly owned areas, but they are smiling because the bankrupt Robloxians can not apply a sad face decal. Robloxians start to have mercy towards bankrupt Robloxians, which now are solely fueled on having ROBUX donated to them.
