The Hotel Pikipiki was a luxurious estate located in the Telamon Islands that became the site of several important events in the country's history. The estate was founded in the 18th century by local nobility. It was significantly expanded in the 1900s after being taken over by a new liberal owner. In 1933, it became the site of negotiations between numerous independence organizations, leading to an alliance between them. Over the following years, the estate served as a key meeting place for the opposition. During Roblox War II, the government temporarily moved there and remained there until early 1944. In 1978, a museum was established on the estate. In the 1980s, it received significant funding from local governments, becoming one of the country's main museums of anti-colonial resistance. Today, most of the estate is open to the public.
