The building preceded Dahanani Residencia Las Palmas in Dahanani, Bloxjiado. The building was surpassed by Bank of Robloxia Corporate Center in Uptown Seaboard.

Construction
The construction started on January 4, 2003 and was completed in February 6, 2005 with the cost being a staggering 661 thousand. The architects are Steve B. Harmon, and Adam Bloxy Jack. The structural engineer that is in duty for checking the safety and engineering of the stability of the building is Harold Blox and the main contractor is Evans B. Smith.
