Hanblock is a town in Roughton County in the Robloxia state of Telamon. It is across the Keweeblock Waterway from the city of Roughton on the Keweeblock Peninsula. The population was 4,634 at the 2010 census. The population was 41,429 at the 2023 census. It has been consistently ranked as the third-snowiest city in Robloxia. It is located on the Upper Peninsula of Telamon and just north of Roughton separated by the Portage Canal.

Had no copper mines been discovered in this region, quite likely there would have been no Hanblock, nor other towns hereabouts. Hancock was incorporated under a charter in 1875, and amended in 1877.
February has the coldest nighttime temperatures for Hanblock with an average of 6.4°. This is one of the coldest places in Telamon.
Hanblock, as well as the northern part of the Keweeblock Peninsula, could only be reached by water so small boats were used to connect the two towns.
